Service BC Centre Prince George (ICBC Driver Licensing - no Road Tests)

Gave my brother and I a run around for an impound vehicle. My father is elderly and can't go to the service bc office. The vechicle was in my fathers name, so my dad wanted me to go and retrieve it. I've been through it multiple times saying do this, and do that. While my father's vechicle is racking up money in the impound. My whole family is upset about this. My father is in deep distress over all the trouble they put my brother and I through, plus money is blowing away that my father unfortunately doesnt have. I'll definitely be sending a complaint and them some. Out right discrimination! Btw it was only 1 girl we are upset about.

Staff were very helpful and I really appreciated them being so patient, kind and instructive with me. Staff were extremely helpful and I am more than satisfied with the service provided to me. I needed my drivers license renewed before Saturday. Yesterday I got through and left a message. My call was returned within less than half an hour and a nice young man let me know it wasn't busy and I could walk in. I did and wasmet with the same young man who took my name then directed me to sit and I would be called. Less than half an hour again I was called. The young woman that took care of me was delightful. I am impressed with the friendly staff at this ServiceBC center. Thank you so much for making my day!
