I was shocked by how unfriendly and impatient the receptionist was today, what an extremely nasty and miserable lady. I told her that customer service was not her strong suit but she thinks she is good at it, having done it for 40 years. Well, it is time for her to retire because she obviously is delusional. I don't think I have ever received worse customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could.

We had an appointment and arrived early. Just as the very rude front-desk lady (i believe her name is Patricia) was making it evident that she was not impressed with my documents, we were rushed to see the person we had an appointment with. What a difference! The person who took care of our application was absolutely wonderful to deal with, and there was another one helping him. Both were super friendly, kind, and helpful.
My kids were waiting for us sitting in the middle, facing us. They were just sitting, actually almost falling asleep. Well, leave it to the front desk lady to go and pester them, telling them they were making some people uncomfortable by sitting and facing us there were chairs there for people to sit, what else are they supposed to do? She didn’t come and tell us, she just went to the kids and told them that. How can two kids bother anyone while sitting still? I really think that either we caught her on a really bad day, or she seriously needs training to deal with the public. Other than her, everyone else was super nice and helpful, and the process was ok. All was done and we were able to process all our applications earlier and within an hour or so. Other than the front-desk lady, it was a good experience.

They are open at 8: 30 but they start working at 9: 30! Plan accordingly

Terrible service. Arrive at 2: 15 and was told it would be an hour. At 4: 10 they say they cannot serve me. Thanks for the zero compassion and for wasting my time. It would have been nice to know an hour into my wait that they were too busy. Tons of workers in there without anyone at their desks. Nice to see what my tax dollars are going to.

Renewed my passport took a total of 1.5 hours. Did not have an appt and couldn't get one online. Very good service and respectful staff. This was very fast service compared to other locations who I have heard had to wait way longer, like > 6 hours. Hopefully I get my new passport soon, was told 20 business days but could be longer. If you have travel booked make sure u take proof of travel with you.

I was very impressed by the service I received. Thank you Steve for making the process a happy experience, which has now been successfully concluded.
