Excellent service, only waited 20 min.as a drop-in and I was able to get my renewed passport in a week (!) which is far faster than I was expecting after hearing all the horror stories. Would highly recommend coming here, well done to all the staff here!

Came here for my baby’s passport. The waiting time was short and everything went smoothly and we received his passport after 2 weeks

I arrived there by handydart service after 1pm to just validated my documents before send to CPP
I waiting and waiting until 4: 30pm then security informed to leave?
During my waiting time I noticed only 3 employee plus 1 supervisor I guess to do nothing but just walk around?
Then I had to wait another 2 week to arrange handidartto come again
It's a shame for Trudeau government to spend millions of our dollars for bonuses to public employees to do great jobs?

Come in at 8 30 and you will be fine. 1 or 2 hour wait max for passports. Coming at prime time is likely a death sentence though.

If you get there at noon you can expect to wait 4 hours and not even get in. You will have to take an entire day off work just to line up outside at 0730 (even though office opens at 830) and you may or may not have to wait up to 6 hours to be seen. Almost as bad as our healthcare system:)
1 star instead of 0 because at least there is free wifi if you are a Shaw customer. Plus the security guy seems really nice.

I got there at 8: 50 AM. They gave me a yellow card with a number on it, to wait for my turn and informed me that it might take 2 hours. I asked them if I could leave and come back 1.5 hours later. They told me: “No, the card should not leave the property. ” I waited in my car for 3 hours. 12pm the security informed me that they are closing for their 1 hour lunch! I could go and I should be back before 1 pm.
I don’t see any justification on why we have to wait in front of the office knowing it won’t be our turn for hours! There should be a more efficient system to give more precise waiting time. There should not be a request to wait in your car in the parking lot for 5 hours and not move!

Been trying to contact anyone of your phone numbers for 7 days finally got through and was transferred to a guy selling life alert on the phone number google gives for local office? Sent e mail inquiry six days age and still have not received response to my questions. Could you extend the call center hours as no one can get through and when they do they get hung up on before call is picked up.
