I was here to update my SIN. I was helped by a sweet lady name "Wanda". She was really amazing, we had a great conversation and she was very helpful and friendly.

I was in and out in a timely manner. The employees were very helpful and professional

The only reason I gave 1 star is because of this old rude lady who works on Tuesdays at the Welcome desk. She makes you feel like she is doing you a favor by answering your questions. She definitely needs some training in customer service. It’s a shame that they have such a nice staff working in the back end and this lady ruining their reputation. I am pretty sure she must have behaved the same way with other international students. Service Canada being the only place where you can get your important government related work done, please don’t tolerate such behavior. I also think her attitude changes based on skin color.
International students and immigrants being one of your major customer base please put someone to welcome customers who can empathize and relate to them rather than her who passes unnecessary comments to their face.

My staff and I had an amazing experience at this Service Canada location, all thanks to Wanda. As foreign workers, they were a bit nervous about the process, but Wanda's welcoming and patient demeanor instantly put them at ease. She embodies everything Service Canada should be about - providing a warm and friendly environment for clients, especially those with ESL backgrounds. Wanda's support made my staff feel safe and well-taken care of. She truly represents the best of Canada's values and hospitality. Thank you, Wanda, for your exceptional service and dedication! I highly recommend her assistance to anyone in need of a smooth and positive experience at Service Canada.

Nobody likes dealing with the government. But Wanda (I hope i got her name right), was such a pleasure to deal with. She went above and beyond to help guide me through anything, answered every question directly, and had great advice. Never thought i would be giving a government establishment a 5 star, but here we are. And it is all due to Wanda’s amazing service. (Tell your friends).
