Service Canada Centre

This is the worst Service Canada branch. Unlike other locations, this will make you wait more than 1 hour. Just the worst experience. The front line person isn’t good either. We did not understood what he said because of he was wearing mask I cared to ask again but he speaks too fast and told us to just apply online. Waited for almost 2 hrs ended up leaving. Waisted 2 hours.

Went here for my passport renewal and service was great, only waited an hour and ten minutes to see someone. Totally painless experience

Not a passport office, wasted my time without saying this until I had my appointment. Made two trips.

Be prepared to wait, then after you wait be prepared to get told they dont offer the services you need, and that you need to go somewhere else. Not their problem.
Another shining example of wasted taxpayer dollars, utterly useless facility.

Very helpful and nice person at the front desk. The person who helped me with my passport application was also super friendly. Got my stuff done in a timely manner and had a pleasant experience

Absolute disgusting service from a woman void of compassion, truly. Standing in line, a woman ahead of me needed to get a birth certificate because she had lost a child. The clerk's expression is one of exasperation "you need a BIRTH certificate? ". The woman confirms yes, child is deceased and I have the death certificate but need a birth certificate. No reaction, just more confused, annoyed expression and "this isn't our department" remarks. No "I'm sorry for your loss", no humanity, just "thats not what we do". The woman expressed she was told to come here and is further reminded she's in the wrong place, no "let's see what I can do or let me see what you need to do instead", no compassion. She asks where she needs to go and is given a potential place, again with an attitude of "move on, not my department". My heart went out to her and even when she was seeming emotional and asking questions of what to do and how she was told to come here, the security guard behind her rose up, prepared to step in. For what conflict? She was not yelling and if anything sounded exhausted and like she could cry more than anything. It wasn't busy, I was the only other person in line and regardless you can at least offer compassion and show an ounce of effort to support a grieving mother. The clerks can't be bothered attitude continued with me as I too was turned away. Consider your impact.

Serendipitous visit.
I needed to drop off some paperwork. Today was a rainy morning, if warm, so I thought I'd try to stop in.
I found parking across the avenue, walked in, and the lobby was empty except for two agents. No other customers visible!
I was immediately helped, all is taken care of, and the day was a success.what fun!

Extremely polite and friendly staff. They make sure you got a wonderful service. I went and came out in less than 15 minutes. Amazing experience!
