Very polite staff. Despite the fact that it was already the end of the working day, I was accepted and received documents.

Got there at 9: 20am and there was no one else in the waiting room! Saw an agent within 5 mins and ended up chatting as we went to the same high school. Then the both of us went to see the intake person who also went to our high school. Such friendly staff and great service with the bonus of nostalgia reminiscing about the past!

The staff were super friendly and patient with me. It was very busy so book appointments if you can.

Was here on Wednesday at 8: 30am for passport applications on walk-in basis, there were maybe 7 people before me in line. Was out at 10am. I feel like the waiting time increases exponentially so would probably recommend to come a bit earlier. Everyone is super friendly. The check in process is fast and efficient.

Was there and had an appointment at 3pm. I got checked in right away, the guy at the check in was just so damn sweet. Was in and out within 10 minutes.
Do not come here without an appointment and complain about lineups, that’s just ridiculous on your part. There’s a lot of people, as you would expect in a big city.

Staffs are very friendly and patient. I’ve been doing immigrations and resident paperworks for multiple countries in Asia, NA and EU, this place is by far waaayyy friendlier and the friendliest service I got. They work fast also on checking your documents and asking you to make corrections as needed instead of just kicking you out when you’re confused about something

I saw some negative opinions that mad me little bit worried before going there.
But they are really nice employees, We went there on Friday 9am just 5 people were on the line,
Everyone one were so kind, just check what they exactly need before your visiting and make everything ready.
We get our SIN numbers less than half hours.

Visited on a Wednesday morning for two Passport applications. Service was quick, about 45 minutes, and everyone was very friendly.

Went here on a Wednesday at 9am for a child passport application. Was out by 10am. No big lineups and there’s a bit of parking in the area… way better option than downtown, imo. Very helpful and friendly people all along the process from security to agent. The only thing is the turnaround time was quoted as 5 weeks. They send them to Winnipeg she said. If you need it faster you still need to go to Sinclair Centre.

There’s only one staff at the entrance to answer the questions and check in. It took about 45 minutes in the initial line up and then another 2 hours in the wait to see an officer. If you arrive after 1 pm you do not have enough time to make it to see an agent before the end of the day.

Avoid this place at any cost. There is long queue and it will take 40 min queue to know that you need to wait another 3 hours to get the service done. Understaffed place. Perfect example of broken Canadian government service. If you try to give a feed back about their service then they will ask you to leave from office. This place is a case study on how a government office should NOT be working in 21st century.

We waited for 2-3 minutes after that we were called up by an agent, actually we were first one. The guy (number one) who helped us was very pleasant and efficient. The processes were less than 30 mins. Thank you.

Got Worst experience! My brother Spent 8 hours total (4 hours each day). My brother went for getting SIN and agent made a mistake in middle name and my brother suffered 4 hours on second day to stand in queue. What a bad experience ever received! Security didn’t help much!

I arrived around 8: 45 am for SIN issuance and waited warmly inside! There were fewer people than I thought! And it was 10: 40 when I got issued and came out:) You responded so kindly that I was able to talk and receive it with peace of mind haha

Not a great experience. Save yourself the grief and just go passport office downtown. Much more efficient there I would hope.
Waited 3 hours, we were the last people waiting and were turned away 1/2 hour before they close. Ridiculous and truly a waste of time, 3 security guards just telling people to put masks on. If only they could hire another person to process applications or to offer correct information when you arrive, that would be useful.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR PASSPORT BUSINESS. Waited two hours for them to say, “yeah, we don’t do that”. TWO HOURS. Passport Canada says they do, website says they do, get to the agent, they say, no… we don’t. Unbelievably bad communication within our government organizations. And the line up system is bizarre and eastern bloc. Instead of taking a number, you get up and move chairs every 6 mins. Like cattle. So strange. Avoid this location.

We got excellent service from multiple people in the office and renewed passports just arrived in the mail less than 3 weeks later. Can’t expect any better service than that. Thanks!

Worst situation, no employee to give u a customer service. There are 3 employees max for tens of customers. Wasting everyone’s time. Worst worst worst.

Received very quick service. I went in today at 10: 30 a.m. On a walk-in basis to drop off passport applications and documents. I fully expected to wait several hours and was pleasantly surprised at how quick it was. I waited outside for 5 minutes until a seat in the inside waiting room opened up. Once in the waiting room I was called up to an agent within 15 minutes. The woman who helped me was very pleasant and efficient. The whole process was less than an hour.
