My furnace broke down in the middle of a deep freeze. It was a Saturday and they still came to help!

I was having problems with my furnace in January. I contacted Service First, a technician was at my door soon thereafter. My furnace problem was fixed, the technician took the time to explain everything to me. This is not my first experience with Service First, I find them totally reliable and that is very important in the cold of winter. My home is now toasty warm, thank you.

Received very good service just like the name says. Great communication and updates as far as your technician's arrival time, a job well done in all aspects. I highly recommend service first trade works.

Great service, the only thing preventing a 5 star review was we had to wait about a week for a technician to come, but we were willing to wait for the quality we knew we’d get with Service First.

Would have been 5 stars, but there was a gas line leak. It was repaired as soon as we called, so customer service was excellent.

The Service First Technician was at our residence on the promised date and designated time. He presented himself in a very professional appearance and performed the repair to our Air Condition in a punctual matter. When the repair was completed he explained what the problem was and what he did to resolve the malfunction. Michael was very polite and courtesy and presented a professional company image. We were more than pleased and satisfied with the work performed on our air condition system.
