First time in the store. Really nice, stylish ambient. I needed a clutch for shades. Max (owner I believe) resolved my problem in literally few minutes: he brought a part, said no charge (!?) because it's slightly used one? Used or not, he solved my problem. We called Shadezone, with a last minute order (two weeks before our daughters wedding) asking if they were able to get blinds made and installed before the wedding? Max and Erika were great - we had some old blinds for a rental suite that were in need of repair. They don't sell that style of blinds but were able to fix them for us.

The final bill came under the quoted price and a quicker turnaround than originally estimated - that rarely happens anywhere nowadays.

Honest and friendly staff here, will definitely revisit when it's time to upgrade.

Max was just here to install my new living room blinds. I love them! Customer service has been amazing from the moment i walked into the showroom. Max was so patient and helpful while i browsed the sample books. He even gave me tea and cookies. That was pre-covid but I wanted to do business with ShadeZone. When it was safe, i returned to the showroom for more browsing and i met Monika, the Mrs. She was also helpful and patient because of course, i had changed my mind. When Max came to measure for the blinds, he was in and out. Today, he removed my ugly old blinds and took no time at all to install the new ones. He helped me to get the adjustment i wanted and even vacuumed my floor when he was done. All the trash went with him, not a speck of mess in my house.
