We order veggie platter and nothing was good everything raw not well cooked. It was wastage of 20$.

Just finished having dinner here and we are totally blown away. Some of the best food we’ve had in Kelowna! Great service and great portions size! 10/10 recommend, you wont be disappointed.

Would definitely recommend if u want to have the authentic indian taste.and must give butter chiken and chilli garlic momos a shot, one of the best i ever tasted

Yesterday me and my friend had pani puri and noodle burger at this food place. The food was really good especially noodle burger. If I talk about the service, it was good too.

Just discovered. Amazing value. Great flavors. Friendly staff. We will be happy to return and also highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience. We order momos and a couple of other dishes. The food was kind of okay and super oily. The meat was a little smelly, but we were super hungry, so we had it. Not recommending people.

Note the service fee and automatic tip before clicking to order. The machine again asks for a tip when you pay in store.

Shambhu has an amazing, varied menu and the dishes are tasty and flavoursome. I tried there dahi puri, that was really tasty and flavourful.

I came to dine-in with a friend and we ordered right away. But the man proceeded to complete all take out orders before us. We kept waiting and waiting for our meals … but the take out orders were a higher priority then in person customers. Finally after waiting 40 mins we asked when our meal was coming. He produced it in 5 minutes and the chicken korma and naan was delicious. However, it didn’t come with rice and we didn’t want to wait another 40 minutes for rice. I would never eat in person at this restaurant again. It was very dirty and the man’s clothes were covered in food. Why wasn’t he wearing an apron? ! The uncleanliness definitely reduces your appetite. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the food was good.

I use to love their Noodle Burger a lot but last two times my experience was really bad thats why I am giving one star only. I don't understand why they start giving half the portion of noodles now. According to price and as the name says (Noodle Burger) the portion and quality of burger is getting bad and even the sauce they use is only Ketchup.

DELICIOUS FOOD, cozy small spot with fast service. Simple and not too over-formal, with good heat level. The Dal is exemplary

Since moving from Halifax 2 years ago and missing my favourite restaurant and dish back home, I was on a quest to find the best Lamb Vindaloo in Kelowna. After a number of restaurants I finally found it at Shambhu's Spice, not only incredibly delicious with right amount of spice, but also perfect quantity of lamb. Mmm mmm!

I ordered 4 items and I didn't like 2 out of 4 but the service received was good. The girl that was serving was very polite and sweet hence rating it 5.
I ordered Dahi Puri, Bread Pakora, Kulche Chole and Gulab Jamun with Ice ream. I didn't like the latter 2. Kulche chole lacked the flavors, it was very bland, gulab jamun was not good and Ice cream served with gulab jamun was very bad. It sure was some tub Ice cream but none of us liked it.
Dahi puri was very good and bread pakora also tasted awesome. So overall a nice place to visit if you are craving for some street food.

Update: Visited again but unfortunately their rates have increased exorbitantly but the menu is not updated. Bread Pakora still shows 6.25 here on their menu however they charged me $10. Same goes for Dahi puri, they charged me $10 a plate. The taste of dahi puri is good but not worth $10. Samosa was $5 a plate and were small. So these 3 items were $26.25 with taxes which I think should be close $16-18 only. That's my opinion plus not an ambience one can enjoy dining in. They should really work on their rates. Good food, true to its word of Indian cuisine. Their Amritsari Kulcha is amazing. Make sure to order medium spicy as that’s spicy enough.

Having come from India just recently, I visit this place when I crave indian cuisine.

It was my first visit at this restaurant and the waiting time was so long even for taking order. I understand sometimes it’s busy for them but we were cooperating. Also we were not satisfied with the service. The main thing that disappointed us, when we were leaving and went to parking the girl asked did you paid, when we replied yes of course! Then she said just wait, let me check first! That was totally not acceptable and when she confirmed we payed already she was like sorry for that. That was a terrible experience I have till date.

I visited this restaurant for the first time during our trip to Kelowna. They provided bad service and on complaining they agreed to offer some discount on my next order. One employee agrees to $10 off from next order and other says 5% off.
And I would not visit this again because of the following reasons:
1) Food taste not justifying the pricing (Never had pav-bhaji that was sweet in taste except for this place).
2) Poor customer service
3) Inconsistency in rules as per their own employees.
4) They didn't let the customer (me) go with pleasant experience to visit them again (and again).

Had my breakfast here! What a hidden gem, chole bhature was mind blowing, bhalla chaat papdi is to die for, and a guy who was serving was super sweet and professional.

Loved my food and experience to the bits.

Came back from Banff and enjoyed a really great dinner while going back to home Surrey. I would highly refer this restaurant. Service was good and food was drop dead delicious!

Food was really appetizing. Ordered samosas, veg momos, Chole Bhatura and pani puri. Everything was simply delicious and reasonably priced.

Great food in a cosy atmosphere. The staff were helpful, prices were very reasonable, and the food was delicious. We’ll be coming back soon!

Great food selection, but the buttered chicken is too good to pass up on IMO. I seem to always get either the buttered chicken or fried rice. Great spicy goodness!

It's takeout restaurant. They do have seating but it's okay. Samosa are full of flavors, really liked it. Chowmin was too oily.

Worst experience at this restaurant, I was just there with my whole family and girl at the front desk doesn’t know how to greet and answer any of the customer’s queries, she was very rude to begin with and we left the store with in two minutes.

We had a delicious meal here. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The food was aromatic, pleasing to the eye and it was cooked in such a way that all the spices seemed to pop. We had the veg samosas, butter chicken, Aloo Gobi and lamb saag with side dishes and I highly recommend them all.

Really bad customer service … They didn’t give me spoon and napkins with my food and it was the fourth time happened to me … when I called them about this cashier was rude to me and she was arguing that yes we dont supply spoon and napkins because customers get upset when they see spoon in their food bags Request to owner please change your service standard.

We had dinner at this place yesterday and oh god I was mesmerized by the flavours. Their paneer pakoras and paneer bathuras was really good. Amazing service by Pawan and Harprit. The Owner Manisha really have talent in her hands and such a humble lady. All other restaurants in Kelowna are just a teaser of Indian flavour, actual movie is Shambhu spice house. Loved it! It's a must visit.

I was in search of a good indian restaurant in kelowna and I stumbled upon this place. I ordered daal makhani and kadhai paneer. The food was amazing. The chef is from delhi and the food had an authentic north indian flavor which you can find only in India.

NEVER ORDER Gulab Jamun with Vanilla ice cream.
IT IS SO EXPENSIVE.
THEY CHARGED $6.50 FOR THIS QUANTITY.
EVEN FOOD WAS GARBAGE.
DEFINITELY NOT WORTHY TO SPEND $6.50 FOR THIS STUFF.

We love Shambu's! Everything is delicious, especially the Mutton Rogan Josh. Unlike some Indian restaurants every dish has it's own unique flavour, nit just the same sauce with different things in it. Best Indian food in Kelowna! Also, we love the casual atmosphere and friendly service.

Extremely good food. Best Indian food I've had in a long time, definitely the best I've ever had in kelowna. Highly recommend one of the Thalis for lunch, great food, huge serving at a reasonable price.

We went here today for dine in. Food was awesome and the server Harpreet is so kind and nice. The service was also great and fast.

The dine-in space is a bit small but the food tasted good. Not too spicy and nor expensive. Must try.

I would usually ordered food from this restaurant, but what I saw today when I ordered by food was absolutely unacceptable and a major food safety issue - I recovered a metal screw/object in my chowmein

No Cutlerys and napkins with take out food food. No side items for Biriyani. Taste is Ok but service is bad.

We ordered butter Nan and kadai, instead of butter Nan we were delivered which was not properly cooked and it was chewy like a gum, not worth the price and will not recommend. We are extremely disappointed.
