Shampooches

I Took my pet here up to Sept 2018 and have tried multiple time to set up an appointment for my pets the voice mail is full, the website say they are still open for example open today till 2 pm. Went by today to see if they were open and fund they are closed with a Realtor sign on the Door.

Used to be a great place. Then it went downhill. No one there. Closed when appointments were made with no explanation. Needless to say we go elsewhere now.

I personally went into this groomer to book an appointment for my dog that has been groomed here in the past. I had been given a time and date for a few days later that we agreed upon. I just received a unexpected phone call from the groomer mentionning that she was cancelling my appointment and no longer wanted to groom my dog
Of course I am shocked as my Westie has never been an issue not to mention that I usually "tip" my groomers. We travel (snow birds) and have never had an issue in the past and treated with such poor business practices! Good luck in your business as you have a long way to go with how you treat your clients!

I have been bringing my dog to shampooches for about 3 years. Today i had an appointment at 1pm. I arrived at 1: 11 as there was some construction delays on my drive to the shop. Upon arrival i was told that my appointment was given to someone else on a canncelation list. She said that noone had called her and they only hold the appointment for 10 mins. If she was able to call someone else i find it quite infuriating that a regular customer doesnt deserve the courtesy of the same call. I have been a loyal customer. My dog will no longer be going to shampooches. The competition will be getting my business in the future.

Went in to ask a few questions on pricing on nail clipping and bathing my cane corso. The girl offered her time to see how he would react to nail trimming right away. Will definately be a new customer.
