Never go to Shamrock Vets. They are unprofessional and charge way to much. Dr Audrey was so kind at taking money.

Someone found our lost dog and brought to Shamrock for care. She wasn't lost long but thankful for such kind and caring staff that were prepared to make her stay comfortable if needed.

Thank you Dr. Veronica and all the staff at Shamrock Vet. They always take such good care of our pets. We had to say good bye to our dear "Cookie" last Friday and Dr. Veronica "officiated". She was very kind and patient and treated the situation with such grace and dignity. At the end she gave a farewell blessing over Cookie and kissed her head. It meant so much to us for Dr. Veronica to administer this process with such spiritual awareness. It truly gave us the peace and closure we needed. Thank you Dr. Veronica for your ministry to our family at a time of deep grief and loss. Dan and Blair

Very sweet workers, my cat was very calm for them. Did have bloodwork done for my kitten and they did give her back, leg still bleeding a lot. That's the only downside, otherwise very awesome!

Thank you Dr. Michelle and staff. All of you were amazing with your care, compassion and understanding for our situation. In our time of grief all of you came through for us as our guardian angels. We can't thank you enough for you end of life care.

Amazing staff, they really put the care of the animals first, but are also great at helping the people deal with the situation. I had to use them for an emergency and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, compassionate care for their animals.

The long version:

I don't live in the area, but was visiting a friend with my dog. I had to bring my dog in here when he ingested something that caused him to vomit and there was blood in the vomit.

Not knowing what he ingested, the staff took excellent care of him. The front of house staff got me in quickly as I had called ahead to let them know we were coming.

They induced more vomiting to ensure that if anything toxic was ingested, it was all out of his system, and observed him for a while afterward. The whole time they let me stay with him and talked to me about after care for him. They even have me a towel to take with me in case he had to vomit again in the car.

Their fees were very reasonable considering I'm not a client, came in without an appointment, and was really just a mess.

Luckily my dog was fine and the blood wasn't an issue. Just a scary situation that was handled beautifully by all the staff I interacted with at the clinic.

This clinic has been our go to clinic for over twenty years. The vets are very good with the animals and genuinely care about your pets. The staff are knowledgeable, sympathetic and helpful. I highly recommend this clinic.

This is where I take all of my pets because they are very good with large dogs. There are a number of good vets in town but these guys were just fabulous with my childhood dog who was big, old, cranky and spent a large amount of time unwell before passing and they were exceptional in there care and support.

I adopted a rescue a few weeks back. The rescue mentioned a free pet exam for my first visit would be honoured by any vet in town. When I went to Shamrock they said they wouldn't honour my free visit because I was beyond the two week limit by a week. They charged me the 90 clinic visit. Shamrock, give your head a shake. If that's how they treat new clients
- no thanks. Definitely WONT ever go back.

Love the ladies up front. Both cats looked after very well with a follow up call to check on them whilst back at home. Very clean and friendly

I give you guys a 1 solely because when my dogs K9 was half ripped out it was after hours. And our normal Vet wasn’t taking emergency calls. So we called your veterinarian clinic. The automated system was terrible. The afterhours Vet who we spoke was extremely rude. After we explained what happened we told us he “Guessed he could see our dog, But it would be very expensive” which is fine it was an emergency. But he asked what Vet we usually see and we explained the situation. He than proceeded to let us know he wouldn’t help us or our dog because we didn’t usually go to shamrock. Which is absolutely pathetic. And clearly doesn’t care about an animals well being. Therefore Shamrocks lost our business. We use to buy dog food from them. But we just won’t bother. It’s always take from them. The ladies at the desk never seem happy. And it’s just pointless to have a job yet not care about it. Good luck. But you lost clients.

Pretty nice place. Cant compare to other vets, as only gone here. It's close to our house. And they're nice.

They're there when you need them! I am very impressed with the attention we get when I bring my pup in.
