Shop was about to close but they took my last minute XLB order. Really good size soup dumplings.

They are cash only, and the cashier don’t change gloves after handling cash then touch frozen wonton from the freezer multiple times! Disgusting no food safety sense at all!

DUMPLINGS! Even the word is fun to say! Enjoy the variety for a decent price. Expect a lineup but they are making them as fast as they arr ordered! Steamed, pan fied and succulent! Be careful, they will squirt out pork broth in an unpredicdable dirrection; forward onto your friend, sideways and down on your shirt, or backwards into your mouth where it feels like lava, any which way if you’re not prepared.
But needless to say of these are thee dangers of finding joy wrapped in steamed dough. Super delish’ and among my list of favorite comfort foods!

Taste good, low price, service can be friendlier but this is a food court and this stall is VERY busy so no complaints

It's good for food court food. Dishes are freshly prepared with a view so expect a wait. It tasted authentic, warm herbal notes with pork for both the pan-fried pork buns and soup dumplings.
The Shanghai noodles weren't anything special.

The taste and affordability on the Shanghai xiao long bal makes it a must have. One portion comes in at 8.75 and contains 5 soup filled xiao long baos.

The stall and the food court get crazy busy during rush hour.

Both steamed and pan fried pork buns were large in size, had thick skin, and were filled with a surprising amount of broth. The pork filling itself was ok, but some of the pan fried buns were borderline burnt.

The pan fried pork buns and steamed soup dumplings are all made by hand, the traditional way. It's perfect in every way. Service could be nicer and more patient.

Highly rated but not for me… We got the soup dumplings and the pan fried dumplings. The stall was very busy and we waited about 30 minutes for our order. Both were very juicy and the pan fried dumplings were well cooked however, those were the only good things about these dishes. The meat and soup were weirdly sweet and tasted like it was drenched in maple syrup. I don’t know if this is their specialty flavour but I don’t think it worked well with the dumplings as it was just too sweet. The skin for the soup dumplings were also on the thicker side, which I personally did not enjoy.

Ordered three noodles. All of them are oversized. Very big portion. I had also order XLB and dumplings 鍋貼. All of them tasted average. Price wise they are relatively cheap.

Expect them to tell you the best of their menu is "sold out". Watched 5 orders go out after I was denied, including to people that ordered after me.

They were so good. You can see they make their dim sum right there as well. Each piece is also very big, so it's very filling.
We ordered 3 different types, and it was still under $30. Next time we will probably order only 2 types since it was a lot.

Haven't been here for a while but the xiao long bao I got are rather disappointing. Not only is the skin too thick, the pork filling inside is overcooked.

Their shengjianbao is the thick kind, if you like that style. Full of soup, so be careful when you bite into one, especially when it is hot.

Still my favorite place for Xiao long bao and (soup dumplings) and pan fried buns. 5 large soup dumplings filled with rich porky broth.

The best in the Crystal mall. Just make sure to puncture your Dim sum and sip o. Juices as they come In hot and steamy.

This is my favourite place for dandan noodles paired with the best soup dumplings. The xiao long bao are super fresh and you can watch them being made as you order. It's super yummy. Highly recommended.

They have the best Xiao Long Bao (Shanghainese soup dumplings) in Crystal Mall! The five dumpling are filled with juicy pork broth and are freshly made, along with their pan-fried buns.

菜肉餛飩（the wrapper is not my type, soft and thin. Prefer thick and chewy one. The filling is also underwhelming, bit salty and the veggie is too little)
排骨年糕 (the sauce and sticky rice are fine, but the pork chop is horrible with very very thick coating and small pork chop to the point of feeling cheated

When I visit this place all food except No. 13 was sold out around 8pm (on Monday) so I recommend to go there early time. This simple dim sum was so tasty and it’s big portion. I wanna try other food next time.

Definitely worth the hype!

Hidden gem in Crystal mall for sure. Great prices and fast service. Juicy xiao long baos jumbo sized as well. Wrappings a little thick but thats because theres a whole lotta juice inside.

Wonderful Shanghainese soup dumplings! It's crazy how much soup they have inside them. So savory. So amazing. Highly recommend. The only bad thing is this place is cash only which is unacceptable during a pandemic.though the entire crystal mall is still stuck in the stone age in this regard.

Got here, stood in line only to find their permit to operate had expired and they couldn't serve food. What a disappointment!

Came here for an order of xiao long bao and the tofu vermicelli. Tofu vermicelli was nothing special. Xiao long baos were sooo soupy though! Never had a xiao long bao with so much soup before but the dough was a bit thick. They were also quite large. But maybe they need to be that thick in order to hold the amount of soup that they had? Wouldn't mind coming here for their xiao long baos again.

Came here for the pork bun after so many positive reviews. I don't know if they monitor the reviews, but the buns are not eatable. There are tendons in the meat, which isn't supposed to be like this for Shanghainese buns. To be honest, this is the first time that I threw away everything, because I don't like to waste food. But this time, I couldn't swallow.

Grew up frequenting this place and the only thing that’s changed about this place is the prices (slightly). The best spot for XLB (soup dumpling) and the pan fried dumplings (sheng jian bao) in the lower mainland in my opinion!

They make everything from the wrappers to the filling in house. Steamed and pan fried fresh to order. Worth the wait! Be careful of the hot soup. There’s more than you think!

SOOOO GOOD! SOOO JUICY! SOOO MUCH SOUP! This place is a MUST try for dimsum. I came here 30 minutes before opening on a weekend and there was already a line up! All the other food stands in the food court didn’t have customers except this place. Everything here is made fresh and for the prices you can’t really beat it. I have tried many xiao long bao and this seriously has the best ones with the most soup I’ve had in Vancouver. Please try it you haven’t already.

I was drawn in by all the awesome Yelp pics and reviews. The XLB is served superfresh and you get front row to watch them being made. Final product though was plain as day- the pork and dough was not as tasty as I was hoping. It really needs some ginger in there! You can find them at Crystal Mall food court. Cash only.

They hold a variety of delicious and palatable menu items; ranging from dim sum to soup noodles.immaculate! My go-to order would be the Pan-Fried Pork Buns; they are crispy, cooked to perfection, and juicy. Customer service is mediocre. HOWEVER, it bothers the fact that both ladies making the pork buns wouldn't wear their masks.

Easy go to for shanghai pan fried pork buns.they never disappoint! Great for a quick bite for lunch!

Too salty and many times I ordered soup dumplings they came leaking/broken on the top. Lots of shouting but they give you free water if you ask them.
