Shannon Lake Regional Park

Nice to dog for quick walk, or catch a fish, usually just small bas but there are bigger ones also trout and perch.

Neighbourhood year round fishing hole that is a great place to visit just for it's beauty alone.

Shannon lake has picnic tables, clean bathrooms, great dock to fish off of. Stocked pond great for kids fishing.

Overall nice place.
Facilities: They have bathrooms, but my only complaint is that sometimes they have little to no toilet paper.
Walk ways/paths: Very nice with clear areas to walk and very clean with railings as well.
Benches and seating: there is a couple benches that are clean as well.
Lake its self: Very nice lake to bring the family to NOT FOR SWIMMING its not clean water. The fishing its self is ok i have seen massive fish but it is pretty hard to catch a fish here and also nice ice fishing as well. Also some nice pond hockey in the winter.

OVER -ALL Nice lake for family and friends, be prepared for it to very crowded.

Beautiful area in the city limits of West kelowna, great place to fish for 3 different species of fish in one lake. Can't wait to come back.

Amazing view of Carrot Mountain in West Kelowna. Great little fishing spot for the kids to catch some perch and bass, (maybe even catch a baby Ogopogo)

This is such a beautiful and tranquil place as I've said before. However there is a lot of garbage in the bush next to shore. I always pick up mine but next visit I'll bring some garbage bags to clean up a bit.

Great place for fishing very wheelchair accessible. The fishing is good however it has lots of weeds by the dock and always get stuck on the bottom.

Can't believe this beautiful park is in my neighborhood. Love visiting the turtles, watching the kids fish out play by the lake and families enjoying the outdoors.

Well maintained, and lovely park staff. The fishing is great, and plentiful. Definitely a must see!

Very nice park with a little pond/lake where you can go fishing! Apparently there are bass and perch and it is stocked with rainbows. I have not caught anything here but my insert is there are lots of catchable fish. Perhaps one needs a little boat to get off shore and increase the chances of catching?

Wonderful little park with a nice path to walk the dogs. Gets pretty busy on weekends especially Sundays that they are holding the "teach to fish" event on
