Family friendly with plenty of open space. Well maintained and exclusive to the housing area that surrounds it. You can be sure to have a relaxing and relatively quiet day here.

Close to home. Trees are getting bigger so some shade. Great to watch the little ones playing as we are elderly. Cute kuds
