I lived in Penticton when I was a teenager and have spent the last 15 years vacationing here every summer with my sisters. About 5 years ago, I realized that I wanted to move back and leave the big city behind. Last June, I got serious and decided to start looking at real estate listings. Shannon Simpson was recommended by my cousin and by a friend so I contacted him and he sent regular listings. As we looked at listings every week, my husband and I developed our wish list which I communicated to Shannon. He filtered his listings for us and in March, we found the perfect condo that checked all our boxes. Shannon was so helpful in guiding me through the process. I look back at how anxious I was but everything went smoothly thanks to Shannon. We are now in the perfect home for us and my dream of living in Penticton has come true.
