Shaolin is the birthplace of Chinese Kung Fu. We bring the kids to practice Shaolin fist and Shaolin staff with Master Yandi and Master Yanyan every week. That is a amazing place, suitable for all ages to learn the healthy Shaolin culture, the Shaolin spirit and the Chinese civilization.

Our two kids have studied the Shaolin kungfu and Shaolin cluture with Master Shi Yandi for one and a half year. They practice Shaolin fist and staff every week，to strengthen the body and mind.
Shaolin kung-fu is one of the most influencial styles of Chinese MartialArts and Shaolin culture carries Chinese traditonal culture which includes Confusician theory，Taoism and Zen Buddhism.
Master Yandi and Master Yanyan are appointed by Shaolin Temple in Songshan Moutain，China. They are very kind and patient. It is the one and only Shaolin Temple in Canada. Abosolutely， it is the best and perfect place to learn authentic Shaolin kungfu ，Shaolin culture &Zen Buddhism.

Finally found a place to learn REAL shaolin kungfu from Shaolin Temple 少林寺 China. Highly recommended if you really want to learn kungfu from Shaolin Temple.

I come here every Tuesday for group meditation. The practice includes (walking meditation + Ba Duan Jin + sitting meditation + Dharma talk). Master Yandi’s energy is so calming and peaceful. I’m glad to be able to find a place like this in Richmond!
