Good drinks and tons of seating for a bubble tea shop! There are a number of tables for 4 people and one larger table for 6. My personal favourite drink is the Oolong Tea Crema.

Get the Thai ice blended milk tea, 50/50 pudding + grass jelly, 30% sugar. You're welcome

It's nice to customize your drink with plenty of choices for a bubble tea lover. I always grab one when I get to this store whether I have an appointment to the life lab or drop off the recycling bottles. Besides they have a spacious room and a warm atmosphere in the store.

Owner only cares about money. If you want to grow your business, learn to do better and think "big picture". If your goal is to stay small or shrink, keep doing what you're doing.

Love Share Tea! These guys are pretty fast and it's delicious - just sometimes towards the later evening the pearls will get a bit soft since they're older

Unfortunately not recommended if you have allergy or food intolerances. I was here last week with my friend and asked the server if the coffee creama has milk. She proceeded to tell me no it does not have milk, so my friend and I each ordered one. When she made them, there was milk on the top so I asked her again if there was milk and she replied no there is no milk. When I mentioned there was milk on the top her reply what was that it doesn't have milk but it has cream. I don't think she understands cream is a type of milk. Dairy causes me to have sharp intense stomach pains where my body will try to fight it off with a temporary fever and excessive sweating. My friend was also intolerant to dairy and hesitated to have the drink after. But luckily she had lactose pills to help. We are now hesitant to go back as the staff are not knowledgeable with food safety and provided false information which is a medical concern.

2022: I’ve been to place a couple of times now. I think sharetea is much better than 4 years ago. Many things I have previously described are no longer relevant.

The place still has a really nice ambient vibe to it. Not a lot of seats though. But the staff have gotten very nice! No more treating you rude if you don't speak Chinese.

Compared to other bubble tea places in the area, the prices are also very fair. They even have some interesting drinks with ice cream.

Do come here. They are actually authentic. I see this store along with some others in Taiwan. They're good.

2018: The customers I see just leave their drinks in the table and never come back. Some are barely even touched. They just leave garbage everywhere in the tables. It’s really gross.

The one factor that made me decide to give this a lower rating was because of the price and their marketing. This is ridiculous! $7 for a drink? That’s a price of a meal at a food court!

We got one of the top 10 drinks from the poster. The toppings and pearls in the pictures looked refreshing. But when we ordered it, not only were there NO toppings or pearls, it was $6! With no toppings? That is disappointing. They’re lying, with putting the picture of the toppings. If the toppings were included I wouldn’t have complained. He marketing isn’t honest.

As much as I want to go and leave a one star rating, I have to admit that the quality of their drinks are actually decent. The taro drinks are made of real cooked taro roots. I can tell because I’ve had lots of artificial flavors.

False advertisement. I ordered through ubereats and paid $7.05 for ONE regular size green milk tea QQ that did not have any toppings. We called Sharetea, they were not apologetic and told us that with or without QQ, it is the same drink with no toppings.

Their Okinawa milktea is usually decent, but the lack of customization was off-putting. The drink ended up too sweet for me. And they didn't give me same amount of pearls as other location.

Horrible customer service. Gave me a different drink then what I ordered. When I complained they took no ownership and I got stuck with a drink I didn't want. I would recommend to try a different place with better service!

I walked in and the employees didn’t say anything or greeted us in any way even though I stood there for a while. They just glanced at me once and ignored me. Wouldn’t even offer to take my order for a long time.

The people working here are always really friendly even late at night.:) they're super fast too

I've never been to a Sharetea and it was a spur of the moment decision to visit today, but we were very impressed with it and it hit the spot for the craving we had while nearby.

The inside aesthetic was very nice, even with the cafe being mostly closed due to covid. The interior was cute and the music was nice and relaxing. The cashier was friendly and efficient, and I appreciated him informing us up front that it would be a few extra minutes as they were making fresh pearls.

We ordered the Okinawa milk tea and the Hokkaido milk tea. The prices were really great considering we're used to paying at least $6 for a large milk tea at most places and both drinks individually were only $5.57 after tax. Both drinks were excellent (even at 100% sugar) and well - balanced. The Hokkaido milk tea had a good toffee caramel flavour and the Okinawa milk tea had a great robust roasted tea flavour. The pearls were also fresh and the perfect texture, not too soft and not too hard. I must admit I was so excited for my drink I forgot to snap a picture, so apologies on my part there.

If you're in the area I highly recommend stopping by for your boba fix!

Quick, professional service. Nice menu where you can customize ice and sugar. I especially loved the milk tea with pearls. Taro was a muted color which probably means less dye - nice!

Great selection of drinks, lots of fruit tea and milk tea options. Seasonal menu was nice, tried the lime mojito which had a very prominent lime flavour and no syrupy taste which is my usual complaint with bubble tea mojitos at other brands.

Really recommend getting the classic whole lemon black tea or one of their many fine seasonal choices.

Service is quick and simple, and the cashier taking my order communicated the options for each drink very well.

There are several bubble tea places in this area but my family and I like this one for the service and variety of drinks. We've never had a drink we didn't like. I would recommend not ordering full sweet because even half sweet is sweet enough!

Large variety of drinks but if your not asian it could be kinda awkward listening to those asian songs bumping loud

A little on the expensive side for a Californian Chain BBT. Nothing special about their BBTs, though it's also not bad. Same quality could be had for cheaper at other BBT stores.

Love this place! The drinks are mostly always consistent and nice place to study or do some work. It does get packed here during exam period so I'd come earlier during that time. Otherwise, it's easy to get a table and the music they play here is so soothing:)

They use actual brewed tea here, and it's customizable (how much ice/sugar). Still my favourite spot for bubble tea.

I recommend this bubble tea place to anyone who wants a bubble tea as a first try. They have a lot of choices and variations of bubble tea, and more. The staff is nice and the atmosphere is good. You have the options of getting a half sweet drink, and with less ice, which I like.

Good consistent drink quality with plenty of line space for studying or working. Go after 3pm for their daily special Tiger Sugar Milk Tea.

Customer service. Please management, please look after your employees and train them not to be absent of mind when talking to the customers.

Quiet night on New Year’s Eve, was one of the only open bbt places in the area. They ran out of pearls which was fine. Tried the mango slush with ice cream. Wasn’t really expecting the ice cream to be placed on top as other bbt places usually have it blended in, so the consistency of the slush tasted watered down. It still tasted fresh, but for the price I would rather head elsewhere.

Great place to go with friends, they changed their opening hours to 11: 30 am for weekday, the students can get it before they go to school!

Unfortunately I decided to order the coffee milk tea and I told them it was my first time having it. After having just one sip I realized I had made a mistake and should not have had it. I asked if I could have a regular milk tea instead and she said no. So I gave the entire coffee milk tea to her to throw out and she said there was nothing she could do about it. I understand it was my mistake for ordering the wrong drink but the lack of customer service is shocking. I basically paid $6 for a drink that ended in their garbage. I have never had such bad service before.

Hit or miss here when it comes to their ingredients being in stock. At least half my visit, mini pearls are not available. One time I came in, they advised me they didn’t have EITHER regular pearls or mini pearls? What’s bubble tea without the pearls? What kind of business runs out of ingredients?
