We love Share Tea. I was diagnosed with Breast cancer this year, and this was our treat on our way home from our doctors appointments many, many times. So delicious and always amazing!

Slow service & drinks are always made inconsistently in terms of taste compared to all the other Sharetea locations

The girl working at cash here is horrible. BEWARE.ignored and gave attitude and made my drink wrong after i specified twice. This is the langley willowbrook location. I would highly recommend that the manager speaks to her and that she receives proper training in the future. It is very much necessary. If i could give zero stars i would.

My must stop whenever I'm in the area. Get there early coz towards the end of the night, they usually run out of all boba.

Tell me why they sell gift cards again? I ordered 2 drinks and when I was about to use the gift card I had the cashier told me that they cant accept it. Asked why I couldn't use it, when it was purchased at that store, but the cashier just smiled and said "we just cant. " What kind of marketing strategy is this? I would stay away from this store. They just make up ridiculous rules on the fly.

Overpriced for the quality you pay for. I gave this place a second chance and still disappointed on the drinks I got from here. Maybe it's just this location but they can't make the drinks the way it's advertised. 2 thumbs down. Your better off getting your bubble tea from next door @ T&T market lol and that's saying a lot

This location is the worst Sharetea in town. The service was bad and also the drink. The staffs probably never been trained to serve nor to make drinks.
Waited at front for 5mins and 2 staffs just keep ignore us until they finish previous order. All drinks we ask for 30% sugar.it did not get input to the order and it turns out SUPER SWEET than usual.it ended up in trash can.this store should change the name to SUGARtea or SureDontCaretea

I like the mango green tea without sugar and 30% ice with pearls. It is refreshing and not that sweet, it's just the right taste.

The drinks are amazing! Personally, I've gotten into the habit of getting the mango and passion fruit with basic pearls, and it's really lovely, plus a large is only around $6-7 (which is good for bubble tea in this area). The staff are always very polite as well, and they're pretty quick! You can choose to get certain drinks hot, adjust the sweetness level, and there's a good variety of items ranging from more juice-like drinks, to dessertish, to ones that taste more true to tea itself. There aren't any designated places to sit and wait, but there's a common bench area right in front of the shop which people tend to use which works perfectly since it's more stall-esque rather than a resturaunt or store.

Not the usual generic flavours. Lots of specialty bubble tea drinks. Wait can be a little long when they're busy. They're in the mall after all so have a little patience.

Horrible service! Ordered via Uber but for some reason the staff couldn't make sure that a straw was sent with the order. Can't drink the bubble tea without straw so I pretty much got cheated out of my money for this purchase. I called in and spoke to Gavin (?). He did absolutely nothing to help other than to say "oh well, guess there's nothing that can be done. " Avoid this place. They don't care about their customers so spend your money where they appreciate you.

Ended up walking away to drive somewhere else. I understand a place being busy but they did not even acknowledge the people waiting. This is the second time this has happened there.

Nothing wrong at all. This place is amazing with great service with a spacious, clean environment. The drinks are amazing.

Really good drinks, enjoy every single one that I have gotten so far. Very rich menu with a large variety.

Worst boba store ever… i ordered less ice and it was almost all ice so i cant imagine what is their regular ice.

Then i went back the second time to test whether their “no ice” would be no ice. Seems like they really put ice. But I discovered more. Their regular classic milk teas says $5.40 in their menu, but the price entered is $6.20… then when I asked why is that? The lady in counter said, thats only the menu, the actual price is different… so i paid thru card… as i was not happy, i tried to press in their machine the “no tip” button… and guess what, i pressed it many times, it does NOT work at all… but as soon as i pressed the other options, it went thru…

Too slow took 20 min for my drink to even be made. So now I missed my bus home. I won't return.too bad really

If you like the classic bubble tea flavors this place is for you. High recommend Classic pearl milk tea.

The slowest bbt place I’ve ever been. Took 20 mins to order when there were only two people in front of us, and waited another 5 mins for our drink. A normal bbt place takes about 5 mins in total.

Overall is good.service was good.and taste also nice.it was my first time tried on this drink.but i like it.

Absolute favorite Boba place! I had the Classic peral milk tea and it tasted exactly as it claimed!

They run out of pearls a lot, BUT I’m still going to give them a five star review because Their stuff is still good

Had to wait 20 min for a tea, since they gave my drink to someone else, plus the tea wasn't good at all.

Be prepared to wait 35-40 minutes for a single order.only had 1 customer ahead of me and it took almost 20 mins for them to get their order. I've had bubble tea hundreds of times at different locations packed with ppl (pre-covid) and got my order faster.when I eventually got it, didn't even come with the pearl type I ordered but couldn't be bothered to reorder.

The Classic peral milk tea was of good quality and would probably go back for other recommended items.

This place should just close down there is no hope for any of the people that work here. They are all terribly slow and have no customer service skills whatsoever they don't even make eye contact with you half of the time it's five people standing behind the counter messing around takes about 15 minutes to get your drink sometimes even longer.and most of the time they don't even listen to what you ask for and receive the wrong drink and have to get it remade and wait more time

If I could give them no stars I would they are sooooo slow at making drinks i've been to so many share tea locations and this is by far the worst one I have come across. If you want good bubble tea I suggest going elsewhere. I will never go back to that location let alone tell my friends about it.
