The service here is super great:) I come by almost all the time to get bubble tea with my family. I recommend here if you are a bit shy and love bubble tea!

Comforting dim lighting, kind and helpful employees, and when I went in this time it was covered in beautiful anime banners! Whatever I drink is always fresh, the boba is warm and the tea is always cold or always comfortingly warm, consistently amazing. I prefer this place over ANYTHING.it's my go to place everytime I crave boba! Good price for what you're getting, and anything I've tried from the menu has always been great.

I have been here a few times. The service is never consistent. Went last week and the guy on the cash was so rude that our group of 5 left and went to another place where we got great service. Won't be going back.

I was really disappointed by the service on Wednesday 17th may, I went to have tea but the cashier he was a guy, didn’t took my order and gave all importance to a bigger group of people. Many of them entered the store even after me. That’s seems really unfair to me.
I went there on 18th, the two girls were working at that time, they helped me to choose my drink. The mango blended with ice cream tasted great but mojito was okay!

Drinks aren't as customisable as I would like, but this is a good location and they have good hours. Consistent.

We had recently had an experience at Sharetea Guildford that started out not so great as one of our drinks that was ordered (black tea) had milk in it. Because it was ordered through Uber Eats, receiving a drink with milk and having allergies was not so pleasing. This was also during the snowstorm, so we could not go out and pick up another drink, neither did we want to reorder and pay another delivery fee (I was pretty upset). HOWEVER, I wanted to emphasize how wonderful the manager, Andy, had rectified the situation. He wasn't in on the day we ordered, but he had taken the time to call us back (the next day). He didn't just apologies for the error but was sincerely empathetic on how we felt when orders online doesn't go as you planned. Although we appreciated him offering us a gift card and free drink, it was the true acknowledgement of the error, genuinely understanding our frustration, and his willingness to learn from the error was what had impressed us. You can easily see the passion he has for his business and wants to genuinely improve on their services. Had it not been for the original mistake, this place would have gotten a 5. Drinks here are great. I would just recommend when you order through Uber Eats or Skip, really emphasize your custom order (especially with an allergy) in the comments.

I ordered a large drink after 10 m she gave me a small size! When i asked the lady, she took it for literally 30 seconds and she came back with a large cup, basically she emptied the small cup in a large one and god knows what she fillet it with

Very disappointed! Shatea points for yesterday and todays transactions are not showing in my account and they just told me that they cannot do anything about it.

Ordered 20 mins before coming to the store for pick up, but still waited for 10mins before getting the drink. In addition, there was a sign for buy one get one free on the front wall, but the lady refused to provide the promotion stating the offer has to be in-person order. What's the point of ordering online? No advantage in terms of price or convenience

One of the best places in lower mainland for bubble tea. Their flavours are bar none. Fresh, fruity, unique, or creamy!
Our favourites are the Hawaiian, Pineapple, Oreo or Aloe. The fruit pieces included are top notch in quality n flavour.
I go to the Metrotown location a lot and I’ve tried the Robson location. All good.

Nice new bubble tea spot in town still in soft opening but service and the taste are really amazing, especially their pearls is so yummy. Definitely recommend the Kiwi Fruit Tea with Aiyu Jelly, 30% sugar is a good balance! Business hours are great, will definitely visit very often

Finally found THE best bubble tea place for me! The drinks are exceptional everytime and are heavenly. The tea is so refreshing and the pearls are perfect- chewy and soft. Always consistent and always exceeds expectations!

My favourite part is they have mini pearls! If you don't like boba pearl cause they are too big, try the mini pearls! They bubble tea is also amazing!

Finally I found bubble tea shop close by that I will always be there when I want bubble tea. Love the teas we ordered were Thai tea and Oreo. What a great and friendly service plus paid attention when I ordered so he blended Oreo well than usual to be easy for my toddler to drink, what a thoughtful! Thank you so much again. Asked about sugar level and recommended to me that just perfect for me because I don't like too sweet but still really delicious even only 50% sugar. Clean and well organized. I definitely recommend all to try their tea. You won't be disappointed

This is the best franchise location because of the management and staff here. They go the extra mile and are so kind and helpful. The drinks taste better because they brighten your day.:)

Usually go here they always make to customers and their service was always spot on today I ordered for my family and my daughter who has a specific allergy and asked not to include it in her drink and they literally just ignored the special request for an allergy warning my daughter had an allergic reaction to the fact they did not remove the one ingredient which was told to not include do they just don't care about others safety had to use an epi pen for her then take her to emergency at hospital piss poor management staff seems like it's not a problem if someone has an allergy and they were told with instructions if they could not follow ot they could have asked for me to order something else I will never go here again after yrs coming there with my family friends now my daughter is afraid to go near That place they don't even Apologize when they were told of this if this was bad staff and management should be properly trained never lie to customers when they asked if you can make a drink this way and you say yes you can then go back on your word fine I will let all know this careful with orders from them wasn't even busy so using an excuse they were busy is utter BS

Great little place in guildford to get bubble tea. It's usually busy as most good Bubble tea places are, but the staff is super friendly and it is all safe and clean

Had an exceptional experience today at sharetea guildford! I ordered two drinks (one order was wrong) and they handled it professionally and efficiently by immediately making a new drink. They were even so generous enough to give us the wrong order drink for free as courtesy.which made my day after a final you guys rock?

I used to went there after work, however I got really bad experience yesterday. The top doesn’t cover well, then my drink sprayed everywhere. I feel very disappointed, and I will not go there again.

The staff here is very friendly! There are many great choices of drinks at Sharetea. I recommend mango green milk tea or mango ice blended with ice cream.

I'm not too sure if he is the owner or manager of the store, but he is an awesome guy. He wears glasses, and he's just so friendly that I dont even get the feelings that he is being nice for good customer service. It makes me feel comfortable enough that I'm just talking to one of my friends. Overall, great atmosphere.
The taste of the drinks have always been fascinating.

One thing I want to mention is maybe the speed, it tends to take a bit long for a drink. If sharetea could find a way to increase the efficiency in terms of speed with better marketing (frequent buy one get one free OR buy two get one free promotion on some drinks), I believe sharetea would be the best bubble tea brand

Sharetea is our go-to place for bubble tea. My wife has high standards for how she likes it and Sharetea never disappoints. During early Covid-19 they were a lifeline as one of the few creature comforts not taken away from us. They truly care for their customers. In particular, Andy is amazing! He is friendly, courteous, remembers our usual order and knows us by name. Not likely to ever to receive better service or quality anywhere else. Thanks Sharetea and Andy for being so awesome!

My friend got me hooked onto Sharetea. I thought I outgrew my love for bbt, but maybe it's because none of the milk tea's I've had compared to Sharetea's. I love their classic milk tea enough that I don't intend to share it (dad joke game going strong here, I'll probably read this several months down the road and cringe). I also love how the staff are always so enthusiastic, even amidst the Covid 19 pandemic.
