I came all way down for Nanaimo and was so scared to get my hair colour at first. However, i had the best hair colour and hospitality experience so far. All the employee were so friendly and sweet. I enjoyed my whole time doing great conversation with employees.
Highly recommend not only for hair colour but also for threading.

Highly disappointed not even one, but two times. Went there to get an eyebrow specifically mentioning I don’t want them thin. Not only they made it very thin but also the shape of both my eyebrows were different and there are many cuts on my skin too. Did not expect this especially from professionals. Never going again!

It was my first visit here and services really impressed me. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Must visit once and you will definitely like the place for your hair cuts and makeup to be done.

I personally recomend this saloon. I have been going here for cleansing and hair cut. And most importantly, prices are fare as compared to others and their servuce is seriously genuine.

I was there to get my gel nails done. First the owner had told me they would 25 dollars and the girl who was doing it said it would be 30 bucks. So when after getting my nails done, I asked the owner she said by mistake I would have said 25 but it’s 30 and then she’s like you got one nail gold polish it’s additional 5 bucks (which I was never told about before) and I didn’t say anything said it’s ok. Then she humiliated in front of all customers saying I wasn’t being thankful, i told her it’s your responsibility to communicate better with you customers. So definitely I won’t be going back to such place again who doesn’t value the transparency and definitely doesn’t know how to tell their customers what the exact price is. Also, not the whole staff is experienced enough. One of the girls overcut my nails and when I showed that to the owner she said yeah that’s short and that’s it. But she was much more interested in overcharging me for the this low service they provided

I was on the hunt for a new hairdresser since I parted ways with my last one. Being very picky and particular about my hair, it’s never a pleasant experience when searching for a new stylist. I must say Sharn did an amazing job listening to exactly what I wanted; the results were spectacular! I will definitely but coming back and telling all my friends how wonderful and talented Sharn is. Loved their customer service. I got my eyebrows done from girl names kiran. She exactly understood what i wanted and did her best to provide me that service. She was very patient with me as i was stopping her many times while she was doing her job. She gave me light massage on my forehead to calm the redness of my sensitive skin. Highly recommended

I went there for first time with my mother. She recently came from India. One of my friend refered me to visit it. The job done by them was really perfect. I am also gonna recommned my other female friends to try this salon

Everyone should go their once and try definitely, you are not gonna go to other saloons I promise. Kiran working there is very humble, she do my threading all the times, worth spending every $. Literally no doubt Sharan is great she did my makeup omg it was great…. People loved it. Sorry to say but Arsh needs some guidance she spoiled my friend’s day by giving her such a bad service. Tbh the money we paid for her were not worthy. Sharan is great …I am coming back to you every-time I need my makeup done️️️

Service of this salon is beyond expections. Staff is polite and cheerful, always welcome their customers. I am always glad by looking at my hairs. I went for waxing, threading and hair cutting. All services were great, social distance was also highlighted by them.

They really offer the best experience especially because of the owner and staff. They make the entire experience really enjoyable for old and new customers. I would highly recommend anyone to try them out.

I went to this place twice.they're always in hurry.sharan seems to be real professional and nice but other lady working there is totally opposite.she ruined my eyebrows. She is always in hurry and don't care about customer's expectations. Thumbs down
