SHASHWAT INDIAN CUISINE

I visited this amazing restaurant on last Friday. The taste is really awesome, amazing and food is really delicious We ordered Pav Bhaji, Chhole Kulche and Hot & Sour soup. The taste is really like an Indian Food. We enjoyed a lot. Food quality is super Every Indian must have visit this place!

We were desperately looking for some authentic Indian food n while scrolling I came across shashwat Indian cuisine. Amazing and genuine food for Indian cuisine loversperfect blend of spices in curries. Both Bhawani ji and manish ji cooked us hot food while maninder served us with lot of, flavorful cream chicken, laccha parantha and soya chap masala. Soya chap is really soft which melts in ur mouth. And complimentary kheer the end lunch is something one could have asked for…. Perfect rabri kheer.

Bhawani ji came out especially in the snow to help us find parking (we were calling the restaurant to ask for parking) as we are tourist here and not aware of routes.

I usually order gol gappa and pav bhaji. Pav bhaji is super delicious. Best street food in Victoria.

Sooo good food! One of the best indian restaurants around. Especially indochinese is very Indian, i liked all the dishes i ordered like each and every! Satisfying.

It is a new restaurant but the food is amazing. It is inside Victoria Public Market. Closed on Monday and they do only online delivery. Not yet on food delivering apps.

I love there chole kulcha this dish always bring me there place ordering same thing as always same taste.

Had lunch here and it as so good. They took long to deliver the order but it was worth the wait

Was visiting Victoria from the US and was looking for a quick Indian food place. This was a great find! Ate dinner here. Ordered Chicken lababdar, Goat curry, laccha paratha, and masala chai - everything was super delicious. Ordered medium spicy maybe should have done mild. People are really nice and friendly. It’s inside the Victoria public market which is like a food court that closes at 6pm but the restaurant Shaswat is open till 9pm. If you go there after 6pm call them from outside and they’ll come and open the door for you.

Chef quality Indian food. Each item has its unique flavour. Thanks for bringing this to Victoria. To top it all…the staff and the chef genuinely enjoy cooking good food and serving the guest graciously. Just hoping they do well and retain the quality and consistency of the food and service.

If visiting Victoria and want to have indian food don't miss this place it awesome the cook is excellent the lady is also very helpful in suggesting food to order we had amrtsari kulcha it was awesome and also the malai kofta we had requested to make it spicy the cook did an excellent job

Amritsari kulcha is good m, paneer butter masala was not good paneer was too rubbery and hard chew

Had chole bhature/kulche for breakfast. Worth spending money. Chai was like home made unlike what you get in other restaurants.

reviews were high for this place so on my trip to Victoria Public Market, I decided to stop by here. The food court is located inside the Public Market. I dined in and ordered the lunch combo of Lamb curry that came with rice and butter naan. With tips it came out to 21 dollar. I was hungry and the gravy was thick and medium spicy which tasted well with hot basmati rice. The naan was flavorful and portion size was good. Food presentation and portion size were excellent

This restaurant is a must try for any Indian. Wholesome staff and a very good Quantity of food. We weren't expecting a restaurant THIS GOOD! In Victoria but glad we came here. The chef is really generous and all the staff is very friendly.

The kheer is cherry on the cake!

The place is very nice to have a get together with friends. We tried their momos, chaat and chole bhature honestly they were beyond our expectations, delicious and I would say they are delivering real Indian street food taste. Very friendly staff. Must try.

I have visited this place few times and enjoyed their food each time. They have good selection of Indo-Chinese and Indian dishes that aren’t available in Victoria elsewhere. Wait time for food is bit longer but it’s tasty, so worth waiting.

After a long time found a restaurant in Victoria giving a taste of Delhi Chinese flavors. Awesome taste/food and a very nice & friendly staff. Must visit And thanks for the complimentary dessert

Really nice and delicious food! The lady server was very kind. We ordered golgappa, dahi chaat, chole bhature, lassi. Lassi didn’t taste great but rest everything was super delicious.

We had an amazing experience here. Best Chole Bhature I’ve had outside of Delhi. Papdi is excellent too. Highly recommended for folks who like Indian food. They serve you like you’re family!
