Poor customer service, can't go in, met outside and told to phone 800 number. Poor customer service!

Fast and friendly service, but watch your billing. More than once I've been over charged and once they paid someone else's account. Luckily I had the receipt to prove I did pay. If I didn't, I'd be screwed bkuz of their mistake ‍️

If i could give no stars i would. Pay three months in advance and still get the worst glitchy tv service and slow internet when its not glitching out too!
