Friendly staff and very helpful. I switched from Rogers to Shaw and cut my phone bill by more than half.

I have been a Shaw customer for as long as I can remember. We recently moved to a new home and had to change all of our services with Shaw. We encountered some bumps in the road including poor reception, connectivity, etc. Where Shaw used to have excellent customer service it is not PATHETIC! This has been an experience that has repeated itself several times in the last 6 months. Today, my internet reception is poor, I called Shaw support, was told it would be a 40-50 min wait and would I want to give them my number so they could call me back, gave them my call back number, received a call and told I was next in line. It is now over 2 hours and I am still waiting to talk to a CSR about my problem. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
