Our Combi boiler stopped heating at the worse possible time, with outside temperatures at -13. Brandon went above and beyond to diagnose, source and replace the defective 3-way valve and get our heat fixed by the end of the day. Exceptional service!

Probably one of the BEST experiences I've had with any contractor. I called Brandon to fix our malfunctioning tankless water heater. He went above and beyond to solve the issue in a timely manner while always communicating the potential outcomes. Mike arrived earlier than anticipated and completed a toilet removal and re-install within an hour. He meticulously went over the pros and cons of how to proceed with resolving our toilet backup problem and helped us make an informed decision, keeping the cost at a minimum. He is competent, trustworthy and nice to work with.

Mike came to remove our defective water tank. He was extremely professional, friendly and efficient. I thought the job will take at least 2-3 hours based on how hard it is to get to the water tank in our laundry room, but he finished the entire job in one hour. I was so impressed! I will definitely hire him again for future plumbing and heating jobs.

This is the third time Sheehan Plumbing has done work for us. Each and every time they are very professional and a pleasure to do business with from the quote to the clean up at the end of the job. Derrick installed an energy efficient furnace and a tankless water heater. The price for the job was great and the end result was fantastic. He also took the time to explain the Fortis rebate process thoroughly after finishing the install.

We've had a slow leak under our kitchen sink for forever. The previous owners did a hack job and we've had other people look at it and basically turn and run because it looked like such a mess. Before Christmas I had finally had enough and called Sheehan. Brandon came out and I was expecting big $$ and a "this doesn't look good" from him. Complete opposite happened. He was in & out in under and hour and everything was cleaned up and dry.
That only lasted a day though when I realize another part of the pipe started leaking. It wasn't bad so I didn't bother calling until after the holidays. Once I called though he came back out right away and discovered that the copper pipe was actually cracked in a different spot (our house is old). Again, I thought a big bill was coming. And Again, he was in & out in about an hour. I think he spent more time quadruple checking EVERYTHING (including going to the basement to look under the floor) to make sure nothing was leaking from anywhere. Anyone who has had water damage can appreciate this extra time!
When he left he apologized for not having seen the other problem when he was there the 1st time (as if he could have known!), but just that simple gesture was appreciated. I will definitely be using Sheehan again! Amazing customer service! Quick, honest and friendly!

I have used Sheehan plumbing for over 30 years. I have found them to be A1 in everything they have done in our home. Dereck and team have done many small jobs and problems and are very honest, quick, and clean up is great too. Very honest and personable. 5 years ago we did a new kitchen and left the plumbing to Sheehan. Derick and Brandon did an awesome job. I would never hesitate to use them.

Our hot water tank gave up on the Friday night of the long weekend; we called Sheehan early Saturday morning, spoke to a real person (not an answering service), and got a return call from a technician almost immediately. Even though their supplier was closed because of the holiday weekend, Brandon managed to get a tank and it was installed by mid afternoon. The quality of work was exceptional, very clean, and he followed all current protocols. The cost was as quoted, and reasonable. We will be using Sheehan for all future plumbing and heating work in our home!

Installation was scheduled extremely quickly in the middle of a heatwave. Work was done as invasively As was possible. Job was done quickly and all areas perfectly clean at the end of the job.

Right when the pandemic was announced and I had isolated into my home, I found out my kitchen drain pipe had cracked and leaked food and soap into my walls.
Sheehan plumbing was there, distancing, respectful and fixing it so quickly I didn't worry about it at all. The trust they present to their customers is so reassuring I wasn't scared to have them inside my house, ever, but especially during the height of COVID.
When the walls were opened up and we could see we needed more than a plumber they had the perfect company to help that they had worked with many times in the past.

Sheehan Plumbing and Heating is the best in our Tri-City Area (Coquitlam, Port Moody, Port Coquitlam). They have helped us with our heating and hot water tank needs since 1992. Trustworthy, dependable and reasonably priced. Virtually perfect.

Great fast service but extremely expensive and unfortunately don't finish the job 100% and ask for more money to come back. Owner is great but use staff who not seeing big picture. Won't use them anymore. The technician was Mike and it cost $1020 to fix a sink and change garbrator and asked for another service call because he did not find any other problem when he was there. Talked to Brandon, he promised he will go there personally and fix it the problem and he did not and tenants paid $100 and fixed it ($80 was service call and were so unhappy). Property was in Port moody, Suter Brook. Very assumptive from Derek thinking people have nothing else in their lives and write bad things about a business.

I had a broken hot water and I tried calling a bunch of places. Sheehan was the first to give me a price for a servicing which would include and estimate for a cost of repair if I needed it. This is before they showed up which is important me. Every repair place is already going to charge you for an initial visit so it would good to know I would at least have a servicing and know the price before. Had a bad experience with the first place that showed up which gave me an insane price for a replacement unit and I still had to pay them for their visit for NO WORK! My trusted furnace of thirty eight years AIRCO needed servicing! Technician Brandon showed up at my house in Port Coquitlam Nov 22 2018. I called Sheehan.because I have seen there trucks around coquitlam for a many years. They were punctual and communicate there intentions well, and gave me a ball park figure "worst case scenario about my old furnace" over the phone and up front! Brandon cleaned my furnace made a few adjustments and replaced my thermo coupler along with a few recommendations to keep my old furnace running. The price I paid for the service on my furnace was to inexpensive for the level of customer service delivered. Great job Brandon! Highly recommend Sheehan plumbing. Thanks Again!
