Went in for IMS treatment with Kathy. She educated me on what the treatment is, very thorough, gentle and attentive to my threshold. I will be back as I know this works.

I am recovering from recent serious neck injury and associated surgery. I have had appointments with a physiotherapist (Mohsen) and a kinesiologist (Jamie). Both have provided really first rate experiences leaving me confident and completely satified that I am in professional hands who have taken time and interest to provide the appropriate way forward. Went to a physiotherapist here, which was a terrible experience overall and very disappointing and upsetting. Way too many comments about my weight, which was not encouraging at all, comments about how I should learn about how pain is in my mind.basically gaslighting me and my experiences of all my very real health issues.multiple surgeries prove these issues and pain are real.and to be invalidated after years of dealing with doctors can be very triggering.thankfully, I went elsewhere and found someone else caring to get me on it right track!

My first massage was an amazing experience. T'airah is a very accomplished massage therapist and I can't wait for my next visit. Thank you!

Leah was so friendly and knowledgeable! She made me feel at ease, and was very empathetic, while stile being a true professional.

Alta is an amazing physiotherapist that can help you diagnose the type of vertigo you have and treat if effectively. So glad I found her.

Had a super great experience with Tegan Johnson. Very knowledgeable, kind and supportive and helped diagnose some of my hip and back issues.

I have dealt with Shelbourne Physiotherapy on and off since 2015. I always requested Nicole Gill as I feel she's very good at her profession. She listens to the issues u are having with shoulder knee etc.

So grateful for what I learned from my pelvic exam with Leah Taylor. She was kind, supportive, and knowledgeable. Wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again!

After 2 and one half years of therapy by Tegan, Jessica, Shannon, and Alta, I have progressed to the point where I have received a settlement from ICBC. Physiotherapist Nicole Gill is really detailed & really cares. She is great at exercises but also manual therapy. Helped me a lot in just one visit! I highly recommend Nicole for physiotherapy!

Great team, great location, and fantastic advice. I visited with some knee problems and got a professional and courteous examination along with a concrete action plan of stretches, exercises, and activities for me to rehab my knee. And they totally worked! Thanks Hilary, you were fantastic!

I would highly recommend this clinic! I have utilized both the Physio, and RMT services and was very very happy and impressed with the level of service, care and professionalism I received on all of my visits. Kathy (RMT) and Penny (Physio), worked hand in hand to ensure that I was receiving the best level of care.

I had been referred to Laura Werner after being diagnosed with a pelvic pain disorder, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience. Laura is truly wonderful; she's not only very knowledgeable, but super friendly and a delight to interact with, which made every appointment pleasant. Would definitely recommend her and Shelbourne Physiotherapy to anyone that needs it.

Amazing place where they really listen to what issue you may have and provide quick relief. Everyone was a true professional and very friendly. I couldn't straighten my arm from a severe case of golfers elbow and within a few sessions I was back to normal thanks to Jessica. She is a miracle worker! They are very flexible to schedule a time that works for you. Highly recommended!

Very poor sleep and consistent neck pain due to bad posture was very common for me which led to a rough four months. I have seen many chiros and physios in the past and none of them ever done much for me. After just five visits in three weeks with Penny I was feeling top notch and sleep could not get any better. She listens, pin-points and quickly remedies the pain and discomfort. I would highly recommend Dr Penny Salmos.

Several months of playing basketball, heavy weightlifting and lack of stretching culminated in excruciating lower back pain. Painful to the point where putting on my socks would take several minutes! This prompted me to seek professional help. Luckily, I found Shelbourne Physio and after many sessions with Penny, I have made a full recovery.
Penny was able to diagnose a multitude of conditions and provide relief through various techniques such as physiotherapy, manual therapy, fascial stretch and acupuncture. In addition, Penny prescribed various stretches and exercises, slowly increasing the intensity as I progressed. As a result, I am now more flexible and increased strength in all the problem areas. I would be remiss if I did not mention Jess Bundy (RMT) and Lindsay Tabish (Kinesiologist) for their excellent services as well.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service and I cannot recommend the above staff highly enough. The staff are also very friendly and have made each visit an easy going experience. Should I throw my back out again, I will definitely seek out their services.

I love this place. Direct billing and open Saturdays. I had a bad experience at RebalanceMD but this clinic is way better. Miriam is a great Physiotherapist and the clinic is new, bright and has parking. I am improving steadily and am going to try their massage therapist soon.

This is unbelievable! I just called this place, and based on the conversation I had with the lady on the phone, I realized that this is not the place that I want to rely on. She was unprofessional and rude! She even didn't let me finish my sentences! I was asking whether it was possible to have appointments for later in the evenings, but she interrupted me a few times without letting me finish my my sentence! This wasn't the greatest first impression! Please train your front office staff! Be polite and professional!

The manual physio theraphy lasted so short like 5-6 minutes at most, moreover it was too soft. And they put a hot pack for another 7-8minutes. I paid $80. It was definately a waste of money. I felt nothing better after the super short and super soft physio theraphy. I am never going there again.

This is a wonderful clinic with well educated and knowledgable staff. I cannot say enough about Penny Salmas and her expertise with treating my son's orthopedic injuries! Dr. Anna MD
