It was very bad experience, today I visit this place to buy something late night. When I park my car at pump parking, the employee working inside went inside the right side restrooms, did not come outside for long time. More than 5 customers were standing in heavy rain for long time waiting for employee to get their order, but did not reply.

Today, 31 jan 2023 10: 45 pm I parked my car at no. 4 pump and it was night so the doors were locked and a employee was inside sweeping the floor and I asked him waving my hands that from where should I order and I just wanted to order a red bull. Firstly he behaved rudely and in very irritating manner and then handed me the flavoured red bull I asked him to give me the regular one he turned back from the window in a very rude way while saying something I called him back to talk that what’s the matter I have just asked for a red bull he waved back and said something he was literally saying get out even I didn’t say him a word, worst experience shell very disappointing to see such bad behaviour with customers

July 18 06: 42 am. I parked at the gas pump and wanted to go into the store to pay for my gas and buy a pack of cigarettes. There was a attendant inside that I could see, so walked up to the door and pulled on the handle. Both doors were locked. So I walked over to the side window and the attendant is waving and pointing back to the door in a irritated manner. So i walk back to the door but I have thrown my hands up in the air for making another trip back to the door. When I walk in the attendant verbally aggressively tells me that he has buzzed me in now and what was the problem, repeating over again " I buzz you in, I buzz you in what is the problem ". Firstly if you buzz me in then why is the door locked being 06: 42 am Monday morning, second: before I could even ask is there a set time when the store opens and you are as rude as you are and acting like I'm a nuisance instead of a customer. I never said a word I put my hand up to stop him from insulting me anymore I walked out, didn't buy my gas or cigarettes and drove away. Why would I go to a place with such rude service and disrespect for my purchases. I'm sure the store has cameras and the owner can review it to see if what I say is true. If I could give zero stars as a review I would, absolutely appalling customer service and needs major addressing.

I'm a truck driver so I visit a lot of gas stations, and this is the worse attention ever, is july 14th 11: 00am so whoever is doing the shift is the worse sales person ever, you should training your staff before send them behind the counter. DONT VISIT THEM

Horrible employees at a horrible gas station. The manager must be very desperate to hire rude staff with no people skills.

Horrible employees at a horrible gas station. The guy who works at 1pm thursday at this location pretty much threat you if you ask him for help. That is how intense the situation gets at this location. Avoid this location.

One of the few remaining gas stations in West-side Vancouver. There is sometimes a line-up here, but the service is always polite and friendly.

I got tip from my mechanic to get gasoline only on Shell gas stations and from than I'm with them

The worst gas station in Vancouver in my opinion. This has happened to me several times, I went there after midnight to get gas and my card got charged and the screen would tell me to pay inside. When you go to the window, there is no one in there and after ringing their intercom several times and waiting for 10 minutes nobody shows up. If you can't take customers at night, might as well close. The least you can do is put a sign on the pump to pay inside, so that my card don't get charged every time to later settle with my bank.

I always get the gas from this gas station every week, people are kind and friendly. Decent selection of snack items inside the store. Appreciate the hard work employees put in to create the great experience for customers!

BEWARE! Last Wednesday morning, I stopped to get some bottled water, I also got 3 Gatorade’s and a small bag of chips, all came to more than $25. I was surprised and took a look at my receipt, I found a charge of more than $12 for something unknown to me, I went back to the cashier, who I noticed was nervous, he was already waiting for me ready to process my refund, he had a pack of cigarettes on his hand and told me that he charged me for them by mistake! How? I don’t know. If I didn’t take a look at my receipt he would’ve gotten $12 extra at the end of his shift and I wonder how many times he tries the same “mistake “.
Please be careful and check your receipt for the “extras”.

One particular employee is very rude and hostile. It has happened on more than one occasion where he has been irrate and shouted at me upon walking into the store for no reason. I called and asked to speak to the manager and he said the manager was not in while still shouting down the phone and then it changed to him saying HE was the manager! Very disappointing customer service.
