80% of the laundry machines are either out of order or barley working. Good luck on the dryers, only 1 gets truly hot. Car wash pumps soap still after 8 minutes on rinse, never clean. These guys could do WAY better given the location and traffic. Customer service is good

I just wanna say that the woman who was working here tonight was super kind and it really put a smile on my face!

Don't use dryers here. Eats all your money and doesn't even dry properly. Called management and she doesn't care. Usually don't spend $40 on laundry but that's ok.
Besides this annoying issues, it's a great location and it's 24 hours.
Please fix your dryers, doesn't have to be run on propane, use electricity like normal people?

Friendly service, terrible car wash facilities. After spending $10 to wash my car, when it dried, it was covered in streaks and dirt.

Great one stop shop. Gas up, carries marked gas far pump. Propane swap a tank. Store with essentials and snacks, washrooms and a Laundromat. It was difficult to access today because of the construction. Staff has always been helpful.

The guy who works nights at the gas bar is a great employee! He when the extra mile for me when it was really busy and it was appreciated.

This crazy woman at the till refused to serve me because I didn’t have a mask, making me stand outside through a tiny hole in the wall. I told the lady I am fully vaccinated and the restrictions have been lifted and she stood across the room waiting for me to leave to go to the window. I said fine and stood at the hole in the wall for 8 minutes waiting for her to ring in my order, refused to give me a bag and rolled her eyes at me asking for a receipt! Never in my life has a woman been so rude to me. I recommend this woman find a. We job…clearly customer service isn’t her thing!

This gas station is maintaining the use of masks in store. Going above the province and making their own rules. Most people have thrown away masks and no longer have them with them. They don’t have any masks to supply customers and refuse to serve you without them. I used to frequent this place often. They will no longer receive my business.

Absolutely deplorable customer relations happening here. The manager needs to have a staff meeting two weeks ago regarding their lack of ability to serve the public
