The staff here are great, as helpful as they can possibly be. However, many of the machines have been beaten up by homeless people trying to get at the coins in the pay slots. The staff always make sure to let you know which machines work, and they're very helpful if things go wrong.

I came for gas and my car wouldn’t turn back on. The gentleman working inside helped me move my car and jumped it using his personal vehicle. Such amazing customer service! I was blown away by his kindness.

I went to buy a fuel and Walmart gift card as I had an offer from the Shell app, but the cashier told me we don’t sell gift cards. But upon looking, I found a whole rack full of gift cards. But still, they told me they are not allowed to sell gift cards by the retailer, and I cannot even use a credit card for payment.

The associate was probably in training and said I can talk to another associate. I waited for another associate for 10 minutes, and then that person made an excuse that they were having issues with card activation. I think the owner doesn't make money from gift cards; that's why they are not allowed to sell them or maybe the Shell system really never works when there is an offer. Not gonna shop again from Shell, its not worth the hassle.

Ruined $500 of my clothing. Owner is true scum. Says he doesn't care of civil matters. No resolution. Hiring a lawyer see you in court

The laundry mat is a waste of time and money. Tried coins on the 5 machines that didn't have an out of order sign, one worked and I walked away from spending 9.00 on soggy clothes.

I have been a customer at this gas station for several years now. The store is always immaculate and the staff are friendly. I have never had a negative experience there, I am quite surprised by the negative comments people have posted on here

Paid cash for 10 dollars of gas, came out to pump the gas and it wasn't set up to pump. When I went back in the guy pretended I didn't give him 10 dollars, obviously pocked it. Be careful folks! 10 dollars is 10 dollars.

5 times now I've gone to the store between 10-1030 and the doors are locked without an employee in sight. If you're going to close early at least change the posted hours.

If you are looking for a facility that always keeps you guessing and a floor that is mysteriously wet and dirty then this is the place for you. Many of the laundry washers and dryers are not working but you'll never know which one till you put your money in. The out of order machines are not clearly marked so its really fun trying to figure it out. The washers are marked with how much per load but the fun part is trying to figure out the Combo the coins go into the slot. The driers just say 25 cents and that definitely isn't for one load. For those who came here looking for answers thank goodness for the lady that just happened to be leaving. The washer coins go in quarter, loonie, loonie, quarter, quarter. As for the drier I put 10 quarters per load and am guessing that will give me 40 mins of drying which I am hoping is enough. The staff at this shell are pretty awesome and friendly so that's something. The laundry mat seems to be shells secret shame. Would be awesome to see some love on this side of the building.

This is the most inconvenient convenience store I've ever seen, and as if somehow illustrate that fact they know only accept cash which nobody ever carries anymore anyways the area would be better without this being here at all it is a waste of space

Very disappointed with the lack of care from this laundromat. We are a local business that uses the facility for laundry and our basket was accidentally left for a few days, our aprons along with the basket were tossed. When we asked the clerk inside they were well aware and knew it was ours, so why wouldn't a fellow business help another out.
