I used this charging station every two weeks for six months. The charging station is convenient and the charging cost is pretty reasonable.

However I charged my car recently for 26 mins for 46 kWh was delivered and the cost was $23 + Tax. Just found out they changed the price to $0.50/kWh instead of duration of charging time, which $30/hr

I uses “FLO” app to activate the charger, under the rates section shown “unknown”There is no charging cost details from the station

I think the cost should show up at the screen or somewhere nearby the charging station, like the gas price shows at the fuel pump.

The staff at the gas station is very helpful and knowledgeable. The stuff is well-selected in the store.

Filled up gas and got the car wash for $9.99 deal.car wash was fine, of course old bird poop didn't come off completely.note during the summer time keep your windows up near the car wash as there are tons of mosquitoes around the car wash area.

Their pumps don't pump properly and then I go back in and try and fix it and their credit card machine doesn't work properly so I have to go back and forth from the pump to the store six times and they blame me for the pump not working.screw you guys. Eff this!

So far I’ve had good experience at this Shell gas station. There are plenty of gas pumps available and Shell touchless car wash. Touchless car wash is good for dark colour cars or frequent wash cars. Over time the layer of dirt attached itself to the car and requires hand or brush wash. Don’t go in the afternoon to wash the car because there’s a line up. Wash is not as clean as expected. Maybe my car was too dirty? There is a convenience store on site.

Please DO NOT use the EV charger here. I charged my car and attempted to unplug the Chademo, the release button on the plug was stuck and now the plug is stuck to my car. My car release function works.it is the BROKEN plug that is the issue. I called SHELL recharge tech support and they instructed me to call my manufacturer. The manufacturer arrived and said the issue is with the PLUG, and they cannot tow my car because the plug is stuck to my car. In essence, I am now stranded because of SHELL's negligence to resolve an issue with THEIR charger.

Went here last week and the worker didn’t give me my change, cut us off when we were trying to speak and said to ‘have a nice day’ after he didn’t give us $5 worth of change. Then tonight I go in and the worker tried saying there was no change and he couldn’t give us change, which is obviously a lie. DONT go here, they just try to rip you off. AND to top it off they watch me like a hawk when i’m in the store, even when there’s multiple people, like id steal from them when they’re the ones trying to steal from us and not give us our change.hire better people

New gas station close and convenient to home. Tried the car wash for the first time today and was astonished by how poor the quality was. My car came out dirtier after the wash. I understand a touchless car wash wont get everything but it is unacceptable. Talked to the manager about my issue and he said he needed to see proof before he would give me a new car wash. I showed him and he even took pictures but refused to give me a car wash or compensate me for it. Terrible customer service and just an overall mishandled situation. Stay away from this place.

Paid for gas and the ultimate car wash (highest), and I was shock for the quality of this car wash
There's no need for perfectly car wash, but this is the 1st time I see a machine work like this

Worth stopping here everytime for fueling. Also amazing staff who helped me to choose between 3 kinds of car wash and flex carwash, saved me $26 on one go. Hats off to Mr. Singh.

Pros: lots of pumps, touchless carwash, air (paid), vacuums, convenience store, Shell payment app is great.
93 octane gas available if you need it (possible that 89 has disappeared - I only ever need 87 or 91, which are still available).
Cons: Car wash is closed sometimes, no undercarriage spray, and water pressure was weaker than before the last time I used it. Squeegees at pumps are sometimes missing and in rough shape considering they're not very old. Gas price is usually 3-5 cents higher than the other stations I go to.

This gas station and Car wash location very near to my house.so, I purchase car wash monthly pass but then after, I never use because always car wash closed.and staff also very careless and rude and worst service.

Just tried the car wash with ultimate option, Water jets is not that strong to clean the windshield or the sides.its waste of money.

Polite and professional staff. Always there to guide and help customers for a pleasant experience. Enjoyed my visit.
