Do not come here for a car wash. The third bay ate two of my Toonies and would not turn on (they refunded them) and then the guy in front of me started having trouble with his bay and had to go inside. Huge waste of time. Better to go somewhere else.

Car wash is good value and store employees decent peeps…. But also usually the dirtiest wash bays in entire city. Massive amounts of sand and dirt everywhere. Need nightly cleaning. Plus huge lake outside from blocked drain or wherever. Just gross. Reflects poorly on Shell brand. Eight months after the review, the place is still a pigsty

The pump was acting up and the manager personally came out to to assess the issue and ended up pumping my gas for me. The pump was acting finicky and you could only squeeze it so hard for the pump to work. He was kind and didn’t make me feel embarrassed. He was also sociable and a pleasure to speak to.

No face masks on either of the employees that were inside. Partition is up, but if you are requiring your patrons to wear masks, I believe you must wear them as well. Extremely disappointing to see during a pandemic.

Don’t go here unless your ok with being harassed by the staff. Very poor staff. Very poor attitudes keep driving people.
