Clean store. Public washroom clean. Poor customer service.
I wasn’t happy when cashier threw my stuff down and laughed. May of been accident but I didn’t think it was funny.

I been there few times.the last time l was there.the man there was very rude.l asked him why he stopped the gas pump and got me waiting like 10 minutes.he was basically yelling at me saying he didn't received the status card at the moment so he stopped.
I told him he could explain to me through the speaker and not have me waiting 10 minutes without knowing what was going on and not to yell at me.

I just bought 2 cans of pop, 2 chocolate bars, and cigarettes. A young male cashier stepped away from a spilling coffee maker to take my sale. He turned back to clean up the spill, but did not push the sale through to the debit machine. I waited patiently. Accidents happen. I said It's okay I'm nor in a rush. The older cashier next to him laughed. He came back a minute later and finished the sale. It felt like a good sales experience. Normal people doing normal things on a hot summer day. I asked for a bag. He said that bags cost 30 cents. And the older cashier beside him said Or 60. I said I don't have any change on me. And I said that he could have offered a bag during the sale. He smartmouthed back, Do you want me to carry them out to your car for you? I responded Thats not the what I'm asking for is it? Thanks but no thanks. I picked up my items and left the store. The attitude I got from BOTH cashiers is absolutley unacceptable. I will NEVER return to this store.

Love the elderly lady working here with red hair, dyed. She is kind and patient. She had a very long line up. This lady was the only cashier working. She was in training too. She a few people angry with her, it is not her fault. There was a first nations guy said #2 was not working and went to #3. Hoping no one takes advantage of her "in training" pin on her shirt.
Then this young Caucasian boy took a picture of pump #2 and filled up his jerry can then went inside. I'm not sure if he complained about or paid for his gas. He disappeared as no one in the silver parked at pump #2. This lady working in training is quite nice, kind and shouldn't be working by herself handling a huge number of people on a Saturday night by herself. This lady did her job well. I hope she gets a raise when her probation period is over as right now she is training and working by herself on busy night. Saturday night.

I usually have great service here. Not today. Dylan was rude when I said I have never been asked for a second piece of ID when presenting my status card for gas. He points to the small sign on the glass and says very rudely I’m asking now. When I came back, I said to his co-worker you should talk to your co-worker about manners. They both went on to argue with me in front of about 7 customers waiting in line. Robert even commented that I’m not even a real Status Indian. Is this how you treat your customers Shell? ! Especially given the current circumstances with Indigenous racism in Canada. I expect common decency. What are you going to do about this? When I asked for his mangers name, Dylan said you don’t need to know that. Really? !

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Avoid this place. The employees are extremely ignorant and rude. They Discriminate against people with disabilities! Will be following up with the manager. Shame on this business.

Went to go pay for gas with my bank card and they would not accept it cause of the logos on vehicle. So took out cash and a no right away all rude like.

Totally rips people off for Premium gas.
1.24 at Husky, 1.31 at this Shell.
So the price for regular goes from 1.13 to 1.07 but premium stays the same.
Thats plain wrong. PAY ATTENTION AND DON'T GET RIPPED OFF

Told by the attendant that I could not use the washroom during a rainstorm as he had "just mopped. I should wait 15minutes". Bad service.

Good pricing here but there’s often a lineup and occasionally the shell app doesn’t work for payment

Very friendly service, washroom key usually hung up beside the till and if not then that means the washroom is in use.

Wouldn't recommend this gas station in the evening hours. They restrict paying customers use of their facilities (toilet). Considering the area, other surrounding businesses are already closed at much earlier times so there is absolutely nowhere to go and relieve yourself. To me (someone who has worked 10+ years in the customer service industry), this is considered very poor customer service and denying paying customers of basic human rights ‍️. Since this is the nearest gas station to the highway, travelers pass through so access to these facilities are necessity. I'd strongly advise this locations revise their inhumane policy.

Excellent Service. The cashier (Aman?) is always quick and efficient, and very kind. This is the only place I go to fuel up

The staff here is RUDE as F##k, I even witnessed one arguing with a customer who requested a duplicate copy of a receipt, completely talking down to him.

The bathrooms are awful, smell of pee, sink and toilet are clearly filthy. Even the walls are stained with unimaginable stuff. You can also see that the toilet scrubber beside the toilet hasnt cen used in months since its covered in dust.

Wash the floor, toilet and sink. With such a high traffic gas station the bathroom should be maintained and cleaned a number of times a day.

The staff were friendly enough.

Absolutely the worst status gas station I've ever been to. I would not go out of my way to go here.
