Negative 5 stars. They had a sign saying be back in 5 minutes and multiple people came to the gas station and left because nobody would come to the window. I waited for 40 mins and finally someone came out and said the system was down. If the system was down they need a sign saying so! Incredibly inconvenient! 1: 50-2: 30. So disappointed. Sept. 8th, 2023

Bought flex pass from app and cannot use in this location.

After activating from app / entering code at the entrance the sign shows I should shift to neutral and then the track never start.

Try it in a different location (5 8 Ave, New Westminster) 6 mins away the car wash works with no issue.

My daughter went to shell to buy 5 500ml waterbottles and they were 5.69 EACH (28.45 in total). She went back to make sure it was 5.69 each and he said he’s not sure and that he’ll talk to the manager about it.we went back and returned the waters.absolutely crazy price

The only reason I don't go to the gas station up the hill and come here is just for Jas. Jas is nothing but awesome and amazing. Thanks Jas!

Car wash is useless, what you see on my car door is my finger tracks on DUST after two times of wash.so it cannot even take the DUST off your car.it's same all around the car.equipment here are too old and even setup is wrong because if you look at your back view mirror while you pass through car wash you will see many of actions are happening after your car left the spot.

Right after paying for my gas and selecting the grade, the pump (#7) start running and stopped around $4.62 but the nozzle was still in my hand not in my car's tank and a single drop of gas came out of the nozzle. In addition, I never touched the trigger.
I asked for help inside and a refund but the guy told that he has never seen this before and I had to prove that this really happened. UNBELIEVABLE! He told me that I already had paid and no refund will be issued to me.
I have been filling up my car there for almost 3 years, and this for sure was the last time. I'll never come back there.

Worst car wash ever. If you want to wet your car for $10, then it is ok. It definitely does NOT wash your car.

Worst car wash I've ever been to. I went through it twice because the first time the track was messed up so my car didn't move forward and missed all the soap. The picture of the rear is after the SECOND wash.

Some details about the car wash station:
- Usually only a single car is allowed through the wash but the "Go" light is still on even though there's already a car inside
- The mirror on the ground is supposed to help you align your wheel with the track but its all fogged up

Very disappointing experience

Great car wash. But not worth having to deal with one disgruntled employee. I've come here so many times but I've had enough. He's rude to every customer. He talks down to you. Never looks likes he's happy. Definitely should not be talking to customers. I'm never coming back to this location again. I'd rather fill up with petro and screw my car up then deal with this guy

More than once the air miles points don’t register when swiping card for their deals, why I don’t know but I won’t go there again…
