It's 1: 20am & the gas station employee is sleeping I'm been waiting here for 10mins now! It's Friday the 24th 2023! This person needs to be fired!

After fill the gass he not allowed me use washroom, he say 1st buy some thing then i buy one choklet then he allow me

Gas price is always 10 cents more than everywhere else. Price gouging. Their air pump used to be free and now you have to pay $2 for air. Avoid this gas station if possible. The owners are ripping us off.

I had a great experience at this Shell gas station! The service was quick, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The station was clean, and the fuel prices were competitive. I'll definitely be returning for my future refueling needs

I recently visited the Shell gas station, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The location was convenient, the pumps were in good working order, and the restrooms were clean. Morning of Saturday Oct. 28 I went inside to pay in cash $45.00 to buy gas.
Guy inside took the cash.
The gas pump stopped at $25.00
I ran inside shouted I paid $45.00 cash why the pump stop at $25.00!
Guy inside yes your right I will reset the pump for another $20.00

I caught him trying to RIP OFF $20.00!

Beware of the middle age white guy in the Shell station.

Use a card at the pump!

Do not pay with cash inside.

Very dishonest people work here!

Hii there, i really like customer service from there. Employee name of Paramdeep is so humble and polite. My experience was best there

Good service. Price is lowered with bcaa card for both products in store and gasoline. This station is open 24hrs.

The old man that works here and says he owns the property (is actually just an employee) is a do what I say or else kinda guy. A complete control freak…. Was completely rude to me because I wouldn’t go scan my winning lottery tickets before having him scan them and cash them out. He then refused to serve me. Really bad customer service. Never go here

They lost (the only?) key to the outdoor rack for windshield washer fluid and apparently don’t keep any inside so I couldn’t buy any.
The paper towel and water for the window squeegees at the pumps is always empty.
So I couldn’t buy washer fluid nor could I clean off my windows at the pumps.

Being a regular customer they refused me to use washroom. Typical excuse, is washroom not working. If its not working then get it fixed. Zero customer service.

Firstly the pump isn’t working. Is it hard to put a sign, so customer doesn’t waste 3 mins of his life.

Secondly I have got a puzzle for you all, what is the pump number? (Picture attached)

Unauthorized transaction on my card. I called immediately when my banking app notified me, they told me to call my bank, it’s not their problem. So I’m making a fraudulent claim for $12.32.

Your look on the map, it says open 24 hour.
I walk down there it’s a quarter after 10 PM and it’s a little window only.so I can’t get milk from my baby.thank you very much for nothing.
