Parm asked me to take my mask off in store during a pandemic, while his mask was under his chin, he quickly fixed it because provincial health orders state we have to wear a mask in doors. Glad to know that Shell dosent care about the safety of their customers.

Good gas station, but what really stood out to me was the amazingly kind staff. I talked to Lovegeet and he was so kind, and helpful. Overall a wonderful experience!

The gas station attendant at 1AM in the morning today has one of the easiest jobs in the world. I asked him a question, he ignored me, then he pretended to not understand.then he continued watching his ipad.

Signage said 150.9 got there and it was 162.9 at the pump, I complained to one of the staff, he said he would update, and he updated the signage not the pump. I question him, he said that it was correct now and the price was 162.9. Really believed that’s not a honest move. Never going there again. I don’t recommend!

Signage said 159.9, but the pump was indicating 163.9. I went inside to ask the staff member to update the pumps. He said he would. Meanwhile, many customers waiting at their vehicles. After 5 minutes, we noticed the signage changing to 163.9! Nobody came out to say anything. Needless to say, most of us left. Way to lose your customers, Shell.

The cashier Andrew is super friendly. Since the owners of this particular gas station has changed the customer service and available stock has gone down a bit.

Unhelpful staff when a man was harassing customers for money at their station. One of the staff, an older man, rather than confronting him, only did so after he had harassed several customers for money and simply let him stay on the edge of the station.

One of the only gas stations that allows you to come in and get what you need after dark. Most places ask what you want through a speeker and mike setup. And you get the goods you buy through a big metal drawer. I'm not saying that it's a bad thing. It's just more an inconvenience more than anything. And plus most of the people who work in the service stations at night are bloody lazy and make it sound as if they don't now what you are looking for, or make it sound like your asking for too much and it's a inconvenience and your disturbing them. Mind you not all services stations are like this.
