Shell

Not sure those car wash station are from shell or third party, they need a lot of maintenance, most of them leaks a lot. We go there to wash our car, but ends up getting partial bath.
Floor of carwash gets water pools, which makes your shoe socks trousers everything wet.
Please look into it.

Extremely upset just rolled our vehicle down as we checked the website to see when they closed it's at 11: 00 we came in at 10: 50 all their lights were on all the pumps looked like they were on and a lady came out to tell us sorry we're closed I said but the website says you're open till 11: 00 she said yeah but it takes us 20 minutes to close everything down. Very upsetting as we use our BCAA and our air miles and we go to the Shell all the time for this reason never had this problem anywhere but at the Shell by Tillicum Mall. Extremely upsetting very poor service when I had told the lady that the website says you're open till 11: 00 she just shrugged her shoulders

Pay at the pump doesn't work, I tried 2 different pumps & prepaid $150 each only to have the pump refuse to give me fuel without a BCAA or Air Miles #, I tired typing it in since I lost my card but it wouldn't even accept a single number, I left frustrated without fuel. If petroleum companies want to rip us off they can at least make it easy.

This is a very pleasant and welcoming store. The manager Jasmeen is knowledgeable and so nice. I come here everyday and I am greeted with smiles
