There is No consistency for when the close the doors for the evening 8pm some days 9pm others then 10pm, post the scheduled closing. So many times staff hide in the back room by the washroom as patrons bang on doors n windows for service are they sleeping back there not 5min in the back but 20-30 min is ridiculous.

Great price on diesel guel. The staff was respectful but the service was limited through a small area.

Waited 30mins but nobody answered. The employee's jacket is there on the counter as u see in the pic. Looks like employee was sleeping on job. Horrible experience.

No one is here for 20 minutes. We knocked, rang the bell and called the store but no one responded.

This place will never post prices on expensive frozen food items.

I benefit from using my BCAA card. The station and store are kept clean. Easy entrance and exit.

Every time around 1am there is no one on the counter and even after knocking or using that phone buzzer nobody answers

The guy who works the mornings here is a right dope. Doesn't know whats going on cause he's high as a kite. Doesn't have the machines working and asks me for cash?

This is my pitstop gas station when I need one in Vancouver the pumps are always busy which is fine as I am usually here during rush hour. The staff are just horrible to deal with. Just the absolute worst. I was here last week and after filling my car decided I wanted a lotto ticket. Zip inside to purchase it and the two guys behind the counter couldn't bother to get of their phones much less acknowledge I was standing there waiting. Finally after I say excuse me I would like to buy a lotto ticket the taller gentleman rolls his eyes, says something in Hindi which I couldn't quite make out and it makes the other guy laugh and nod while looking at me who then also insults me which I heard quite clearly very clearly. I pay for my lottery ticket and on the way replied to them both in Hindi that they were rude, ugly and that if I could I would slap their mothers which made them both go super quiet. Don't assume that people don't speak your language especially when you are insulting them. I am a loyal Shell patron but you can rest assured I WILL NEVER PATRON THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

The night cashier named Amandeep did not properly process my $5.07 fuel refund. I tried following up personally after a week, but he is helpless. I’m expecting a call from the Manager, but to this day to no avail. Very poor customer service.

This gas station is operational during normal business hours but its missing personnel for late nighters. Since covid, I believe this gas station is only for refueling as a 24hr operation and store is not. It's very misleading to have such a bright store with no one inside. Just had to share my review as this was the 4th time I tried to get something late at night but store was already closed. I'll opt for the two gas stations on 57th/Knight as they're more dependable.

Staff is insde playing phone and tell me the store is closed, but the website suggests it is opened 24hours a day

Been here now 4 times after work (approx 2: 15 pm) and front door is always locked with lights on- what gives? ! Customers outside wanting to buy drinks, chips etc.wondering where the F the employee is at. Rang buzzer no response - either your workers are dying in the back or slacking off. So much for 24hrs service, you guys are literally losing business! Oh - i just called now to inquire about this matter and guy on other end was oblivious to this happening. Canada has such sh_t service!

Because they are selling expired products (In my instance eggs), when I call them they are rude! Because they say we did not sell?

Not a place to go for a late night snack, closes and locks the doors around 10: 30 even on weekends and while the lot is still full of cars, then the cashier proceeds to be down right rude when you ask for anything at the window. Get some employees that aren’t avoiding work at all costs.

I wish there was another gas station nearby. There’s always no receipt at the pump station. The girl who worked on March 1 in the afternoon just doesn’t care, she needs to be trained.

PLEASE REFILL YOUR RECEIPT CARTILAGE OUTSIDE! Please! Please!

This is my everyday Gas station. I fill up diesel for my trucks and some times buy Candy for my children. Printing machine never work but I don’t care because my bank statement shows everything. Today January 04th 2021 17: 45 PM I went as usual to get diesel after long day after work, machine did not respond to my credit card. Went inside bought some Candy prepaid for diesel. There was East Indian girl at Cashier. Didn’t complain about the pump because they won’t do anything about it. Went back to the pump try to fill up. Nothing happened. Press the help button but nothing works. Went back inside ask her to authorize the pump. Now she to teach me how to use the pump. I told her that I use this everyday here. Then she wiggled around the machine said it will work. Went back try to pump, nothing Happened. Went inside again ask her to cancel the transaction. I was really angry. She want me to come on the line again. The nice gentleman in front of me let me go and talk to her. Now she is asking me the pump number. She latterly see my truck sitting by the diesel pump and she should know the pump number. I told her that she doesn’t know what she is doing. Then she started screaming at me and call me stupid. I got really angry and hit the plexiglass. She lock the door and try to call the cops. I was waiting for her to call the cops. And she refused to give me the cancel transaction receipt. I will definitely call shell head office and make complain. Will see if the manager responds to this. She shouldn’t be working there at all.

If the guy is working at night, he is always hiding in the back.showed up multiple times at night over the past few weeks, and he always seems to be hiding unless I call the store.showed up tonight and two cars there before me drove off because there was no one at the terminal.losing customers.

They have nothing in this store. Everything is always out of stock. I go there often as I live close. Its fine for gas but even that the prices are always higher than the next block over. The east Indian girl at the counter is also really rude but seems to be the only person working when I go in there.

Third time I am stopping here to refill my diesel and I am getting asked to go inside for receipt.
They got zero compliance for Covid-19.

Ridiculous. I asked why the scanned price is higher than the shelf price and received a disgusted look from the worker. He said he wont fix it because he doesnt have time

Purchased gas cards in December. Gas cards had not been activated. Station manager/owner promised to issue replacements, but as yet, still not resolved. If you have purchased gas cards, ensure you get an activation receipt.will revise when this is resolved.
Follow up, Feb 16,2020 still have not heard back from the Manager!

Get your brain checked if you buy anything from here because the prices for anything are always higher than a 7/11 or any other gas station

I've lived next to this station for 5 years now and have never had a bad experience with the station, or the service workers at it. Some even become warm to regulars. One star off though because you lock the door and make people order from that little window too early, I mean really 10pm? Seems a bit excessive.

I came in today to purchase breakfast this Monday morning. The experience was poor. The person at the cash register was rude and accused me of stealing. He swore at me and I vowed to never come back again.
