Do not stop at this gas station. Every time I stop there they never have paper towels outside and the pumps never have receipt paper. Minimal service and lack of care.

Warning! Do not use this gas station. Filthy washrooms, no paper towels at the pumps, terrible customer service. I wonder how Shell keeps the these owners who are running the place down.

This Shell Gaston is great! I always pop in here when I'm passing through in Bridal Falls. There are lots of selections to choose from. They have selve Deisal Gas, Propain, food mart, restaurant, lottery, camping items, toys, small gift ideas, cards, coffee to go, beer and wine, and much more. Public washrooms are wheelchair accessible and baby change table is available in the washroom as well.
ATM machine just inside by the public washrooms.
Parking is limited depending on the time of year and time you arrive. Staff are always very friendly and helpful!

The restaurant was closed and they even had the bathrooms closed and locked down. Not a good choice if you need a rest stop. Used to be MUCH better

They have everything you need and often the gas is cheaper than the surrounding areas. Their store has a lot to offer!

It was a quick fuel stop so not much to tell. The pumps seem to have been updated because in the past I've had payment issues but everything was good this time. Thank you.

I fuel up with diesel here every 2-3 days and have bin for awhile I find it pretty bad that the days before the long weekend there diesel price jumps 10 cents a litre like stop being scammer there's no need for it you would get more business if you had the lower fuel prices but will do anything to make a extra dollar and rip people off

Absolut worst customer service.
The doors were still open at 930 pm and I walked in to go to the washroom when both attendants told me that they were now apparently closed. Doors were not locked and I was half way to the washroom. I asked them to just let me go in while they had a technician working outside anyway and couldn’t leave for the night either way! They couldn’t use common sense to let me go pee? ! What’s going on with people? Will not be returning! There was also no paper towel at any of the gas pumps. Why work there if you don’t actually do your job? !

Cashiers weren't friendly and a lady w her kids tried to come in and they wouldn't let the lady in cause she forgot her mask but yet let her kids in? Come on break the rules and let her in! This was when masks were mandatory but just putting my two cents in. Rude staff.

I must say the store attached to the gas station is crazy, they have so much stuff in there, everything from food to hats. There was a lot in there to see and I appreciated their varied selection. The bathrooms could’ve used a little refreshing but besides that I was impressed. The gas pumps had a new digital screen that I had never seen before and the pumps worked very fast, before I knew it my tank was full, way faster than any other gas station I’ve been to.

Friendly, well stocked, local restaurant and camping are handy and near. Alcohol sales for campers.

Washrooms out of service on September 7 2020
No water faucet to refill water bottles, no squeegees to clean up windshield. Inconvenient. Stop elsewhere

Needed to use the washroom on August 30th 2020. Place was very busy. The men’s washroom was so filthy I couldn’t use it. Urine spattered everywhere and toilet paper all over the floor, finger prints and streaks over everything. I left the bathroom and reprimanded the young staff at the front for the condition of the restroom. Terrible risk to health in this time in a very busy spot.

I stop and fuel up because it is a good place to get diesel and it is most of the time the cheapest place to get fuel I always look for the fuel prices on my way to the coast and back.

These guys are unable to calculate the correct amount of litres to use my gas coupon. Been here 4 times same thing every time. Filling up elsewhere to avoid the waste of time and argument.

BAD GAS! I! If I can rate it to zero I would. Heading to Alberta for some family trip. Been here to fill our tank, but after 20 minutes or so we are exiting to hiway, our car suddenly was hesitant to pull it's gas. We are suppose to run 100kph but our car runs from 80 down to 60 to the hiway even if my husband's stepping on the gas hardly. It seems like the gas has water on it.

Last time I went I wish I would have posted a review it would have been a 5 star the staff was friendly and helpful. This time "the manager" as she very clearly told us, displayed rude & aggressive behavior. Her boyfriend also.displayed threatening behaviour. Both times we entered, parked and enquired about water the exact same way.

BE WARNED! My card wasn't working at the pump or inside and they kept making me try again, authorizing $50 each time.

I ended up going next door to get my gas and the next day I was charged $100 by Shell even though my transactions never went through.

It's now been 3 weeks and I haven't received my money back. I stopped by to speak to the owner about it and he absolutely refused to talk to me. He argued with his employee in plain view of me for a few minutes and then she came back saying he wouldn't talk to me.

It all seems a little fishy to me, especially since the owner won't even speak to me. The bank is investigating and if he's doing something shadey he will be caught soon.

Long story short, if you go and your card doesn't work, don't try again! And check your bank the next day for fraudulent charges.

Nice and well organized store. I can buy cold beers and liquors. RESTAURANT ATTACHED.
