This isn’t a bad place if your as respectful as you’d like them to be, however if you don’t hold up your end they can make your behavior and choice of words as much as a problem for you as you should expect from your elders. All in all it’s totally on a level of a golden rule of proffessionality. You get what you give. Great deals on drinks too.

I poured gas at this station this morning and put $60 gas as we are heading back to Alberta and before we poured the gas our DTE said 110 km and it only went upto 120 km to DTE and as we got into chilliwack it said we had 48 km left on our DTE, and it seemed as though no gas had gotten poured in when we poured gas at this shell station and we were in on pump 3.so I will be calling the main Shell company to complain about this.if you are going here keep track of when you are pouring gas to see if anything is even going in.yes I know the prices of gas have went up, but this is preposterous and to get so little of gas.so we then fueled up at husky in chilliwack and poured 60 and it almost filled up my car.

Customer service at its worst, if you can even call it that. Rude to customer, zero courtesy. Wish I took the representative's name to shame him publicly

This place have really cooperative staff. A couple of days ago Dinesh helped me in finding the product I was looking for from so long. He was really kind. Would definitely visit again.

One of the best gas station in the area because the staff and services are very good very polite and helpful.

Mr. Dinesh is so nice to his customers and he always try to take all the safety precautions about COVID-19. Moreover, he also kept the place hygienic.
Best customer services and will surely visit the site again.

The customer service is so rude especially in the morning. The price for cigarettes is too expencive.

Back in 10 min sign on frequently when i go in the evening. I even dashed there one evening 10 minutes before their posted closing time. He was locking up and wouldnt let me purchase. Bad service!

Often rude service. Morning shift Vicky acts like he'd rather be anywhere but there, and just being there is destroying his will to live.

Takes them forever to restock products. Not to mention the " back in 10 mins " sign they place on the door 5 times a day. I've waited upwards of 30 minutes sometimes.

These guys advertised the 91 octane hugh grade gas for the price of the bronze lower grade at 1.479 due to their being out of the bronze and silver. When I filled up my truck I noticed that they charged me the mid grade price of 1.649. When I brought it to their attention they made it obvious it was a scam. I found it quite odd that I didn't even have to choose which grade I wanted, it just automatically chose for me which is what I thought was the high grade. They even had signs on the pump covering the up the other two grades so you couldn't see them. This place deliberately rips off their customers and I will never buy anything from them ever again and I would recommend that everyone avoid this establishment as well. Maybe hitting them in the pocket book is the only way they'll learn a lesson. TOTAL SCAMMERS.

Pretty good convenience in a good location, but gas could be better and lower priced. Usually a cent above average.

A smaller Shell station. The attendant seems to hide alot inside the store when you are at the cashier wanting to pay.
