BUT no separate tap for potable water (have to go elsewhere to fill freshwater tank). Had asked the attendant to be sure I didn’t miss it. None.

NO WAY I’m filling my water tank with the same tap people use to rinse their sewage output.

We just ordered skip, payed for the whole $21 for 5 items only received 2 items and one wasn’t even the right one. Called and the lady responded “oh i updated it because its out of stock” so if it was updated should we not have had to pay for everything and only receive 2 items? Extremely poor customer service.

WARNING: ORDER ONLINE AND RECEIVE INCORRECT ITEM AND HAVE THE REST OF YOUR ORDER CANCELED! It’s 6: 10pm on January 30th 2022. Woman working has the most awful attitude and customer service is nonexistent. You cancel my two slushes (yeah right, because slush machines be breaking down all the time in the winter… sounds like someone didn’t feel like doing it) cancel my ice cream which you claim to not have the flavour for, then the only thing you send isn’t even the correct item and to top it off you don’t even apologize when I call? If you don’t have certain items then put them as out of order. I just paid for something I didn’t want and had 3 items canceled on me.

Service is okay, but my girlfriend had to use the bathroom and it was absolutely the most disgusting bathroom. The lady working there probably hadn’t cleaned it that day. It probably hadn’t been cleaned all week for that matter. Will never stop there again, do not go in there unless you absolutely have to.

Thank God for this Shell! We drove around many places and came across very few gas stations that provided Sani-dump for our motor home. It is free if you also pump gas, and only three dollars otherwise. Would highly recommend!

Wand Car wash used to be awesome. Time is still okay but $3 to start now and the wand sprays more on you than the car (it leaks)

Called ahead of time to make sure I could use atm in the store if I got there before 11 they said yes. I get there after a long walk right at 10 and they said I couldn't go inside I explained to them what they said on the phone but they just snubbed me. Never going there again.

Good location, nice size store. But honestly some of the Dumbest employees in Kelowna, several of them will/have argue (d) with me saying they dont sell and/or never have sold a specific item.when it's In My Hand. And if they don't know the answer to your question on the phone.they simply hang-up on you! Really?
