Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre

Really love this hotel. The service we got from all the staff members here was over and beyond. They even were so kind to our baby! They truly understand hospitality!

And the food at the lounge is great! We loved our time here and will definitely be back!

Definitely one of my favorite hotels in downtown Vancouver. All of the rooms have such great views of the city, all of the walls are floor to ceiling windows, which is so impressive! The club lounge is also nice and has an open air terrace which is pleasant on warmer days. Good Bonvoy recognition, very centrally located to everything. Been staying here for 7+ years now and I will continue coming back!

Always a beautiful hotel. Attended a conference here today and was so impressed w the food service! Everything was delicious. I’ve dated here multiple time and highly recommend. The location is so nice for walking. Great restaurants nearby (Italian Kitchen is my fave) and the lights are all so beautiful around the hotel.

Hotel a bit dated with conference rooms and events! I stayed here in November for work while there was a dance event going on and the elevators got really bogged down.

Gym
Fairly large gym with lots of older equipment. Large room of cardio machines as well.

Club Lounge
Two level club lounge with decent view of the city. The hot breakfast and afternoon hors d’ouvres were excellent and worth eating! Alcohol is extra.

Always have a wonderful stay at the Wall Centre. The entire staff is phenomenal. Customer service is 15/10 here. This includes everyone from room service to management. I will be booking all my stays here going forward. It makes being away from home a little bit easier when you're taken care of so incredibly.

Nice service but with the hotel being near an ambulance station as well as a fire station it was quite loud throughout the night.

" Room Service" at this Sheraton is someone dropping off a take out bag with no cutlery or even napkins but at room service prices. Better off using Uber Eats or other delivery services since that's all you're getting.

Rooms were a bit dated but still very nice. Hotel provided bottles of water every day. All the staff we encountered were very friendly.

Excellent place, corner suite is excellent with great view, wish they gave me the the same type of room on 25 to 30th floor

Fabulous staff, very friendly and accommodating! Beautiful rooms, convenient location. Pool area has a broken hot tub and shower area that did not work.

When you go to a hotel with such prestigious name, you expect great. Instead I was given outstanding. From welcoming staff, to excellent room service, great gym amenities, Starbucks at the lobby, convenient location in the city, and little extras here and there such as umbrellas for rainy days, bathroom items you might have forgotten at home, or just water bottles when you need them, all free of charge… this makes you think this hotel truly cares for you. I have zero complaints. I can sincerely say that this has been the best hotel I’ve been to in the country.

Stayed at Sheraton recently, great experience, we had a double bed room, which we (2 adults) found it quite spacious, from the front staff, to room services and bell man we had a great experience. The bar has amazing brunch options. Will book this place once again back in Vancouver

We had an awesome stay, conveniently located in downtown Vancouver. Pretty much everything you need is within a 15 minute walk or $10 cab ride. The parking was very secure and I had no concerns about leaving my vehicle unattended for a few days. The Starbucks connected to the lobby is huge bonus too. Stephen at the front desk was awesome and provided excellent service. I'll definitely be returning!

This hotel is situated in an ideal location for many opportunities to enjoy your stay and explore Vancouver.we stayed 3 nights and our room faced English Bay with the really unique atmosphere along Burrard Street.the check in was very easy with very friendly and helpful staff making our arrival special.there are very interesting restaurants just short walks away and our evening at Le Crocodile Restaurant was very special and only a short stroll away…we found walking along Sunset Beach to English Bay Beach to be very invigorating…

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Comfy rooms and appointed nicely. Bell staff so helpful and we were pampered.

It was an amazing experience, The rooms are cozy and well lit and the views of the mountains from the room made it more mesmerizing The bathroom had all the amenities and also had sufficient lighting.
Over all a great experience and would love to stay here again when I visit next time.

We booked the family room at the 10th floor, the suite has 2 bedrooms and 1 toilet & bath. It is very clean, very spacious, and has plenty of storage. We have the views of the city and the mountains but on the other hand, right across the street is the entrance of St. Paul's, so sirens are heard frequently. However, that didn't dull our stay in this hotel. Our beds are very comfy and we can adjust the temperature of the room to our liking. Just a very minor suggestion: maybe next time, the quantity of complimentary bottled water is according to the number of guests In our experience, we are a family of 5 but we only got 2 x 500 ml water. Other than that, we felt safe and we had sound sleep during our stay. Thanks for having us.

I have to admit this is my favourite hotel in Vancouver. Always amazing service, rooms are clean, lots of electrical receptacles for plugging in technology (hint hint: phones, portable game consoles for the kids), furniture well maintained, bathrooms always spotless.

The kids love the pool and hot tub and the breakfast buffet is always good. And you are so close to all of the interesting areas to walk around - including all of the great restaurants that Vancouver has to offer.

Hotel is very clean. Staff are really professional. There are more than enough amenities around this place. Good food place nearby. Wine and spirit shop just down the stairs. Only my first day here, but good first impression. Tim Hortons a block away. The one thing I realized by the end of my 4 day stay was that staff only really spoke with you if you started the conversation.

Overcharged by double. Won't recommend. Without paying twice, it was expensive, to say the least. Twice was charged double for a parking I routinely used. You can find better.

Beautiful hotel. I stayed on a suite it was clean, modern and classy. Good service, Free parking for the guest.

Had a 5 night stay here and it was a great experience. I was upgraded to a suite upon check in which was a nice surprise.

Service was quick and staff were nice and responsive.

Parking on site gave in and our privileges which was nice. Although it was a bit pricy at around $50 a night.

Overall great stay and highly recommended.

4. They had the policy in july 2021, m not sure it still exits, we could order food of 135$ per person per day for qurantine people. If ordered food later they refund us after seeing our reciepts. We enjoyed so many foods by ordering from uber eats.
5. They paid for our cab from airport to hotel. They called cab when we wanted to go home back.
6. Super friendly and professional staff
7. They gave us one hour to go out and enjoy fresh air.

Bad things
1. They wanted us to pay 1145*3 which is 3435 from one credit card. I mean not everyone has credit card with this much big limit. We were at Delhi airport to board our flight, what if one of our friend have not helped us, what would CBSA officers would have done to us. Because hotels were supposed to be prebooked at that time.

Great location close to everything in downtown Vancouver. One of the nicest staff that I have worked with, very accommodating. Our only complaint is that they didn't clean the rooms while we stayed there! And when we asked for fresh towels and water, they only send one big towel, a bunch of small ones and no water.

Upon check out front desk clerk was not overly enthused to listen to comments about the room. P

Awesome stay! Great service and the employees were really respecting COVID protocols. Felt safe while there. Location close to everything. Views were a great bonus too.

They “lost” our reservation. We had the paperwork proving our booked deluxe room with a king sized bed. They gave us a room, and when we saw it it was very tiny with 2 twin beds. The guy at the front desk wasn’t helpful. He seemed a bit dim. And FYI they charge $42 a day for parking. I would give zero stars if I could.

One of sympathy more than anything. The hotel had such energy about it prior to the Provinces unsubstantiated and business destroying measures. The valet would welcome you at the South Tower with huge smiles - bar was bustling - people coming and going. That being said the staff remaining are doing EVERYTHING they can do to make the best of the situation - I had exemplary value and service from my visit. I hope the owner of this hotel plus other hospitality owners in the city consider a class action lawsuit against the Province of BC and the little blonde troll puppeteer.

Everyone is very helpful and friendly, nice location and close to everything.

The staff in the restaurants and front desk were wonderful. We had a corner room in the North Tower.was amazing room was clean and we had friends visit.great experience and I will be back this summer for my 5th stay.

Great hotel! Stayed up on the 33rd floor, so the view was incredible. Rooms are modern and clean. Starbucks in the lobby is very convenient. Valet service is operated quickly and smoothly. Being December during my visit, there were Christmas decorations everywhere, which added great festivity.

Buffet breakfast at Cafe One is average, but don't go within 1 hour of closing (I made this mistake and the food had been sitting out all morning). I did mention this, though, and the staff took care of it right away, bringing me fresh plates of everything.

Great venue for our work party. Central downtown location, spacious private ballroom, great staff, good ambiance. Always the best location for our party, better than the Waterfront, as nice as that venue is.

Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in October.
Requested for early check in. Was told that they will call me as soon as the room is ready. Never received a call. Was misinformed by the front desk staff on points for stay information. Called he manager of the hotel to resolve it. Wasn’t resolved in any way and the manager was incredibly rude. I’m a heavy business traveler and a Gold member for Marriott. It’s was a very disappointing experience for me that really affects my desire to ever stay in this hotel again.

Sheraton vancouver wall centre is a great place for business. The location is very convenient to all modes of transportation. The rooms are clear. And the food is excellent. The service is very excellent. OverLl a great experience

**Update** Sheraton has since fully refunded our costs. I have to say I am extremely impressed! It was never our intention to be refunded in its entirety, or anything at all, just a sympathetic ear. My wife had booked the room for my birthday and was mortified she had made the mistake. So thank you Sheraton for making our mistake right again.

This has typically been our choice of hotels during our annual family shopping weekend. However, a simple oversite when booking our rooms meant we chose the wrong Sunday date. We know it’s our fault and fully accept the loss, although we did hope that either Sheraton or Expedia would notice we did not check in and offer at the very least a discounted rate to rebook. Simple lack of empathy and customer service is only reason I’m posting this less than positive review.

Excellent accommodations in Vancouver, Canada. It is within walking distance of almost everything; if not, there is excellent public transportation that can get you where you need to go from Wall Centre.

The location is great, but the service was lacking. Check in took close to 30mins, and they were less than friendly. The room was old and and bedding wasn't the most comfortable.

Went for a staff function. Buffet food service was great. Nice looking place overall. Can't say much about the actual hotel experience but the food and decor in the ballroom was fine.

Older server with blond very curly hair and glasses was very pushy and had no sense of timing. Interrupted our conversation multiple times and would just not so gently slam things on to the table.

We had our Christmas party here and it was absolutely beautiful! All the staff and food was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend the venue for all events or just an enjoyable evening.

I was surprised by the great beer selection! Lots of local craft beers in a nice quiet setting. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would come back here again.

Went with a large party, but the food was served very quickly despite the busy night. Everything was quite nice, would recommend the tuna tataki. So good.

The room we received was not in the tower we requested (which is a selectable option for online reservations, though maybe there is some fine print about it) ; I did not complain about that though so don't know if they would have changed it. The elevator wait times were consistently long. The room itself was nice, high quality, but very badly laid out by having a washroom on which they chose to put a glass door next to the bed, so that turning on the washroom light at night would wake up your companion by unblockable light (glass door!). The location is great very convenient, and on-site amenities are good, though the gym is oddly split into 3 or 4 small rooms with a random assortment of equipment in each.

Hot tub was great, altho not connected to the building. Would be nicer if room temperature was easier to use. Master switch also cause problems for power

We were visiting friends there. The building is lovely, and the front desk help were excellent. The concierge have us an excellent dinner recommendation.

First off just the location alone is second to none in Vancouver, right at the centre of where you want to visit or see a show. Atmosphere and amenities like the Starbucks in the tower or the pool and gym are also on point, make sure you upgrade to the club lounge access if you can as well, you feel like a king. We had an anniversary and they went all out for us, we can't thank them enough and look forward to many more stays.

The room was great (although a sink in the coffee area would have been nice since the suite only has one bathroom), the staff were incredibly nice, the Club Lounge was awesome, and the location can't be beat!

Absolutely love this hotel for our family. Updated stylish rooms, spacious with beautiful views of the city. Our last room was a 2 bedroom on the 29th floor with lounge access - just perfect! Location is great as well. Highly recommended.
