Sheridan Lake Motel

This was our second stay at the Sheridan Lake Motel. The rooms are absolutely beautiful! They are modern and very spacious. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchenette is well-stocked. Such a gem of a place in an out-of-the-way location (very much needed in this area!). The only things missing are a hair dryer and body lotion - amenities I’ve come to expect at any hotel.

Had a fun ice fishing getaway and found the rooms to be nicely renovated as stated by previous reviewer. The manager was very kind and looked after us well. I will stay here again for another trip.

I booked this for Christmas as it is so close to my parents' home. I ended up arriving a day late due to the Hwy out of Jasper closing because of an accident but the manager, Meet, was very accommodating.
My room is very clean and equipped very well with a spacious kitchenette. I found the decor to be clean and modern. I extended my stay as I enjoyed having my own space.
I would not hesitate to book here again.

A hidden gem! Very impressed with the fresh renovations. There's a small market next door as well as a larger market with a deli (and great hot food) a few minutes down the road by the gas station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A great place to stay when travelling highway 24. We'll be back!

The check in process was not clear and the lady at the store was extremely helpful. The room was very clean and comfy while extremely pricy yet the only motel in the area. Stayed for a night for a wedding and discovered that one week later I was charged $100.00 for damage to bedding. I was sent pictures of the said damage and it would be make-up and was told the pillowcase and sheet was beyond saving. I’ve talked to other workers who worked and work in the hospitality industry especially in the laundry department and they’ve never claimed this as damage and rather an expense write off.
Said manager claims he tried to call me the afternoon of check out yet my phone records indicated nothing of a missed call or calls that day or the following week. If my credit card provider had not sent me an alert of a charge to my card, I would not have known until the end of the month. I so disagree and dispute this claim of damages nessing.
Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this experience and wow to be charged for damaged sheet and pillow case and not even offer to ship me my “recently purchased bedding”.
I thought we were exceptional respectful and courteous guests who followed the rules and saddly I will not encourage or recommend anyone to stay here based on that experience. Use to be room deposit was for major messes or damage to structure of the unit not make up in bedding.that’s a Big thumbs down!

We just came back from staying at the Sheridan motel. It has been beautifully renovated. There is no office, so hopefully your phone works when you get to the motel. We went to the store and asked for help and the lady was so very kind and helpful. She called for someone to show up to let us in to the suite. The man who gave us the keys was very kind as well. The suite was beautiful but it definitely was not cleaned between us and whoever stayed before us. There was dog hair on the couch, rug, and one of the beds and a few other things. After reading the reviews of cleanliness our suite was definitely not clean. Being charged a cleaning fee on top of our motel cost is not right when the room was in the state it was in. Especially when there was no way of talking to someone about getting a vacuum, cleaning the sheets or fixing the issues as there is nobody on sight.
We cleaned up and just made the best of our stay.

So my wife an I stayed Here a few months ago big mistake we ended leaving with bed bugs the owner refused to admit it or refund us knowing the nightmare of getting rid of them.and to make things all worse I've looked at my credit card statement and they also charged my card for rooms of Christmas which I clearly was never there for I called the owner and yet again he just laughed and hung up

Sheridan Lake Motel is incredibly quaint and clean. Totally updated from top to bottom and is equipped with everything you’ll need. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I’ve stayed in many hotels, motels and resorts and this has to be one of my favourites. I will absolutely be returning! Thank you for everything guys, you rock!

Great service! The place was clean and recently renovated. The host was really fun and helpful. He did arrenge us a place to stay even though if it was a little bit late. Would come back if I am around.

Do not judge by the outside, it's really nice inside, recent renovation. Wifi was better than expected, and friendly staff.

This place was a fantastic stay! I was able to check in late, the space was very clean, the bed was comfortable and spacious, the TV has Netflix, and the appliances and furniture are all very modern. The road has little to no traffic at night, so it was a quiet sleep. The lake is right there! Would definitely stay at Sheridan Lake Motel again!

The suite was clean and pristine and it was a much needed oasis. Meet was a kind and hospitable host. I have a suggestion though.there should be a sign attached saying "Sheridan Lake Motel, an Interlakes Oasis! " I say this because this should be advertised all over the internet because it is one of the best motels that I have ever stayed in!

Awesome hospitality. Generous beyond words. They gave their rooms to Deka Lake residents that have been evacuated due to wildfire. No charge. Thank you! Please support this business when you're up this way. Rooms are beautiful.

Stop with family on the way to Jasper. Very clean place. Well furnished kitchen. Great customer service. Very satisfied.

I was happy to find this diamond in the rough. They had good wifi and everything you need to have a cozy stay! I will be back again!
