Went in to buy a quart of paint to match a Sherwin-williams paint for touch ups from a paint job that had been completed a couple of years ago. These people were no help at all. Found a list of reasons not to sell me a quart and said it couldn't be done. Drove to home depot and they had it ready for Me in less then 10 minutes. People here are completely incompetent.

I usually shop at Benjamin Moore, but have been unhappy with the service. On a whim, I decided to try General Paints at McBride Boulevard as it was close to safeway where I shop. The young man in the store was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The price was right and I left feeling extremely satisfied and will return. I wish I had tried them sooner. 5 stars!

The staff were there to help from the moment I walked though the door. Got exactly what I was after and was in and out quickly! Was able to be home painting within an hour. I will return.

Stay Away, Pathetic service and an even more pathetic store manager.
I selected one of their own colour chips for an interior latex and the paint was horrible. The manager's only solution was to TRY mixing another gallon I would pay for. Last Time near this place. By the way, Benjamin-Moore matched the colour and the paint was perfect,

The people working there don’t like to talk to you a little more about there product. Service is not good at all and the price is nice either. Not going there again!

I was there last Friday and was having problems deciding on a colour. The gentleman working there was incredibly patient and waited for us to make a decision and then mixed our paint about 20 mins after closing. He was knowledgeable about the pain and helped steer us to the proper paint for each application. Awesome service. Amazing products.

My little dog damaged my hardwood floor. I was looking for something to repair the scratches. I went other places and bought the repair kit; however the result was not good. I saw this store, and thinking someone may provide me some professional advice. I walked in, the staff was so patient and professional. He knows what exactly I want. He suggested some paint and matched the colour. Finally I got my floor fixed.
