All the staff amazing and they are really help customers choose the materials and save money definitely come back.

Kane was great. He recommended us the best solution for our kitchen cabinets, he assisted choosing colors, he did color matching and he called other 3 stores because they had no more inventory. We have been to the store three times and he always exceeds expectations.

I have been a professional painter for 20 years. Over the last few years Sherwin Williams has been consistently letting me down. I stopped using them whenever possible. I have started a new job recently and I have no choice but to use Sherwin Williams again. I have been going to this location for the last two months and I have to give credit where credit is due. Caine has exceeded my expections and has gone above and beyond everyday. His matches are as good as it gets and his can do attitude is awesome. First time there, very nice customer service, very knowledgeable and efficient as well. I did color match and get the custom paint within 10mins.

Paint formulation is improved over the years. Contract painters not getting much discount. Tools available are less than used to be.

My most convenient location. In and out in no time. And i got what i needed! The place is getting expensive!

Great products, excellent service. Not very busy, most folks but buy paint at big box stores. This shop has a lot of professional painters associated with it. Some are willing to help you with a but of advice, if you like, too. This is the advantage to going into smaller shops.

Burnaby Location is Great and Awesome Manager and Stuff.
But Vanables Location sold me a Battery spray machine that I couldn't use.untouched but the manager Winny didn't take it back and promised to sell it for me but lied. I will never go a place I got ripped off and lied to.

Originally went to the location on Venables. Was really turned off by the experience not sure if the rep I was dealing with was new or distracted but he seemed not very eager to help and didn't seem to know how to assess the customer.

Went to Kingsway location and was greeted by a rep named Caine. He was extremely helpful, experienced, definitely knew what he was talking about. Not only that but was very kind, friendly and just overall what I look for in a storefront customer representative.

Would reccomend to friends and family to caine & Kingsway location for a smoother and more efficient experience. Thanks Caine!

I was there at 6: 58pm. Door was open. But the guy was "closed". Needed a roll of paper. To protect floors. I do not choose when floods happen. Super annoying. Thank God Home Depo was open. Maybe I should start buying paint from them too?
