Maddie is super calculated and instrumental in helping you achieve your fitness goals and makes sure to explain the reason behind the exercises, which really helps integrate a more concrete and purposeful understanding of all the exercises, especially how they correlate to my fitness goals. Super cordial and nice trainer as well!

I have been training with Lindsay for the last six months, even though I have a knee issue and muscle imbalances she has helped me get more fit and build strength. I am doing exercises and lifting weights I never thought I could do because of her. Her knowledge of the physiology and anatomy of the body is excellent. She has set me up for success inside and outside of the gym with exercises I can do at home. When she works with you she teaches you how to lift properly and safely and how to maximize each workout and engage as many muscle groups as possible. She puts a lot of thought and expertise into the programs she plans for her clients. Lindsay is amazing, she is so patient and friendly. If you are looking for a talented personal trainer I highly recommend going with Lindsay.

I had great experience with one of the personal trainer at she’s fit named Jasmine lotey. She is such a incredible person. She helps me a-lot through out my fitness journey. She is friendly, encouraging, knowledgeable and confident. Guys, I highly recommend. Again, Thank you jasmine for everything.

Hi. I recently had sessions with Jasmin Lotey. She's the best trainer there. She helped with me diet, and exercises. Throughout, she was really kind and helpful. I usually had issues with posture and couldn't do gym properly but she invested a lot of time in me. I appreciate the efforts she put. Thanks a lot to her. I recommend her training to all.

My goal was to loose weight and tone body! I loose 10 kg in just 2 months with consistent training with Chanveer kaur. I gained 2 kg muscle mass and loose 4kg body fat. I am very happy that I trained with Chanveer. She makes training motivational and funny and enjoyable. Thank you Chanveer for helping me with my goal,

Good gym, nice and clean, ample of space and machine. The only problem is the timings. It’s very inconvenient sometimes to have a schedule flexible enough to accommodate gym timings

I had an amazing experience with personal trainer Chanveer. Never a dull moment with her as her passion, hardwork, expertise, and care are evident in the way she interacts with her clients. She understood me and my goals and put in her best effort to get me in not only achieving these goals, but also going beyond them I looked and felt my best when I had her as my PT. She truly cares about her clients and that's one thing that I like about her the most. If you're wanting to have a PT, I recommend Chanveer:)

When I joined the gym I signed up for personal training and met Lindsay. I only have great things to say about her. She is very passionate about helping her clients and making sure they stay on track. I have an injury and she worked with me to make sure every workout I did would be a fit for me. She was extremely patient and made sure I wasn't doing something that was hurting my injury more. I am truly grateful for this because she was attentive and would give me feedback if I did feel like something was off. She pushed me and helped me gain confidence in the gym again. The energy she brings to your session makes it feel like you are training with your friend. She truly makes working out FUN. Lindsay has taught me a lot with the time I had with her and made me fall in love with working out again. I would highly recommend her to everyone that needs a personal trainer:)

A huge shout out to personal trainer Chanveer! I never thought working out can be as fun. Chanveer is knowledgeable, professional, very passionate, friendly, and knows how to motivate you to get the best out of you, in just seven weeks, I am able to left 3X the wieght I used to struggle with, my energy levels went through the roof, this is my first time I look forward for my next work out session, highly recommend Chanveer if you want to reach your goals while having fun.

This gym is so good but one thing is they should increase the opening hours. Atleast increase to 11pm. Like other locations timings are 5am- 11pm. So I think this should change.

Since the reno in June, this place has been smelly due to the glue used for the flooring. It is so harmful for both the members and staff to work and exercise here. When I asked them what they would do about it, they had no plan and no improvement so far. As a result, I plan to leave.

I joined this gym (Delta) almost 2 months ago and Simar was my trainer she is so nice and she taught me how to perform well in every exercise. She always welcomed with open arms and. Recently I completed my sessions with her but still she helped me in case I need her help. I got all the confidence because of her. On the other side, they should increase the timing for the weekend because it’s not suitable for some people.

Lindsay is an excellent trainer. I loved working out with her. Her knowledge about strength and mobility training is incredible. Highly professional and accommodating to every need. She is so encouraging and her words not only motivated me achieve my fitness goals but also, mentally prepared me to face everything bravely in life. Bought a membership for the gym while back and now I’m planning to come back to the gym again, I went for the trial day pass at north delta she’s fit and was quite surprised about how low their hours are, especially on weekends 8am -1pm for Sunday is terribly short. I have talked to a few of my friends and they addressed that the low hours were the reason many individuals were cancelling their membership-it just doesn’t sit right with short hours especially because the gym has a lot of members and the hours simply are so short that everyone’s squeezing in every hour to get their workout done and there’s barely machines to use, especially at regular non busy hours you’d expect. I usually like to workout also with heavier weights considering I have been training for a long time, it sucks that the weights only go up to 60, wish there were heavier weights:/. She fit should really consider making changes because people are fed up with short hours making it busy at every hour’s.

Lindsay is amazinnggg! She was my personal trainer for about 4 months, just finished our sessions and I saw amazing results. She made me feel so comfortable and confident within myself. One of the best trainers I’ve met! If anyone needs a personal trainer at the delta location, ask for LINDSAY

I have 2 complaints with this gym. First- few machines always require repair and they don't get fixed for long long times.
Second- as other she's fit locations, this location should also open at 5 am instead of 6 am.

Hi, I have joined she’s fit from 1 months. Luckily I got Maddie as my personal trainer. She encouraged me and helped me in achieving my goal. Initially what was seemed impossible I am able to achieve target in just 10 session. All credit goes to Maddie. Thank you for always guiding me and motivating to push my limits to achieve goal. The machines are new and I like going to this gym because it is just near my place but the customer service here is not the best. Most of the time they are not that welcoming. My friend had a bad experience with the staff today. I gave her a 3-day pass to use at the gym. She went there to work out and asked one of the staff if she could use the tanning machine. The staff gave her the green light and even started the machine. When she was inside the tanning booth and ready for tanning, the other staff started knocking and rudely told her that she could not use the machine because she had no membership while she was already inside using the machine. They were unprofessional in dealing with her. The 3-day pass could have been used to gain another client but because of the incident, she decided not to sign up for her membership anymore. They could have told her in a nicer way that the other staff made a mistake and unfortunately, she could not use the tanning machine but clearly, they had no proper training which caused miscommunications among them and dealt with matters unprofessionally. I hope the staff will learn how to be nicer to their client and maybe customer service training is needed.

About 2 weeks ago on my 1st visit to this location the moment i entered I felt like home facility is so neat and clean, Machines are well located with nice display. Staff is amazing. I felt so welcomed

I’m a member of this gym and tried the personal training. Lindsay Sutton was my trainer and she taught me about the techniques to training together with progressive overload. I learned a lot from her and now have the confidence to train on my own and build a strong body.
