Very professional and extremely clean. I really like the way they treat their customers! Super polite.

Main thing is they know what they are doing and they do it good. My feet are smooth, they make sure cuticle are perfect. My pedicure looks amazing every time.

Just moved to Richmond and was looking for a Nail Salon, and found ShiNail. My hand & feet were in need of care after removing gel nails and shilac polish. They showed me other service packages and I opted for the Revitalizing Rose Manicure & Pedicure. It was AMAZING! A MUST DO! Your nails, hands, feet & skin will thank you for it! Ladies at the salon are professional and took great care in my comfort. Just an FYI, map has their location across the street, which is wrong.

Great professional nail salon with ambiance! Price is very reasonable too! I love their chair makes you feel like a queen.
