The manager is dishonest and totally unhelpful.
If you really care about your car and keeping it looking good, spend your money elsewhere.

It’s not that cost-effective anymore, it’s about the same price as a gas station, and SUVs and above are basically not that clean.

Vacuum bay#4- don't use this one, only one hose works, the other one doesn't turn on.

Fast, decent automatic car wash. Open 24 hours and there are also lots of vacuums. It's probably more expensive than others, but it's quick. Update: used a vacuum in November 2023, and it was pathetic, it could barely pick up a leaf.

Fast and effective. Do not take a custom paint job or here or to any automatic brush service or vinyl paint cover to this type of car wash

Access and egress was safe for my car

Reasonable price and quick. Service was really nice and friendly; folded the mirrors and threw some jokes.
Drying was not as effective as I was hoping, windshield was still wet after the dryer. All in all I will definitely go again.

It's a decent automatic Carwash. It will get the big smears and dirt off your car but keep your expectations low. Little crevices will not be clean but it's decent prices for a basic wash. Also a fun experience is you like feeling like your being washed agressively.

Nice, large, clean facility and when I went there was an attendant to help make sure my car was ready for the wash. Outside are vaccuum stations and garbage cans for you to clean up your car afterwards. One of my only critiques is that the drying area did not dry off my car at all, I wish there was more time in the drying tunnel for that!

Great car wash. Lots of vacuum stations and detailing stalls. Pricey. Expect to pay $30-$40 for a premium wash with a couple of vacuum tokens.

I really wanted to test this place out because my car was super dirty. So not only did I do the $20 wash but I added another three dollars for extra cleaning because I really wanted to see if this place could clean my car. Nope. Look at the pictures. The roof is disgusting. I understand maybe it’s not going to clean some hard to reach places, but I spent an hour with a rag cleaning the spots it had missed afterwards. It didn’t even take off the bird droppings on the front bumper. Which I easily wiped off with my rag. Not worth it. If you want a very basic car wash then go for the cheapest one and know that it will do a very surface job and bring a rag so you can clean it after. On the plus side, the vacuums are fantastic. I bought two tokens which more than did my car. Seems to go on forever and having a vacuum on each side of the car is super handy. I would come back to vacuum but I wouldn’t bother getting a car wash here. No better than a car wash at a gas station.

Not a good place to vacuum your car. $4.20 for 5 mins is way too much. Attachment is inappropriate it will just consume your 5 mins.

Favourite easiest car wash i’ve been to so far. A bit expensive but that’s the price of convenience.

Not worth it. Wand wash is far better and cheaper. Did not clean my car, you can still spot handprints and dirt marks on the side panels and bumper.

Favorite spot to clean my car. Lots of space and vacuumes. Unfortunately, they're not all functioning properly.

Prices have gone up quite a bit, but still good value for money. Great facility better than the Downtown and Coquitlam area in my opinion. The quickest wash for quality and price.

DONT BE LAZY, Go to a hand car wash, this car wash could ruin your paint in the long run. Faded paint. Brushes never get washed

Our car hasn't been washed in more months (maybe years) than I want to admit. So it's definitely grimmy. We got the most expensive wash ($20) and added on extra soap and brushes ($3). It honestly came out amazingly clean considering how intense the grim on our car was! We have some spots that the car wash couldn't reach that we have to clean and detail ourselves obviously, but all in all, worth the money and appreciated how quick it was.

Convenient location, friendly stuff. Exactly what you would expect from the car wash. Plenty of vacuums, and a large parking to do whatever you need after the car wash. Highly recommended.

Raised the price up by a big % and vacuum is broken half the time with no pressure. The wash doesn't ever get the back of my suv. It was fine at the cheaper price but now not really worth it.

Don’t use this car wash, door didn’t sense my car and landed on top of my car! Never use this car wash! Sensors aren’t fully functional!

I used to take my vehicles here alot.
It was a good deal for just 8 dollars.
But recently prices have gone up to 9 dollar's and now they add tax on top of it.

My favourite drive through car wash to go to. No other drive through does the job better than Shine.

It was good went there in the pouring rain though and wished that maybe there was a covered area to vacuum.

Been a long time customer from day one. Taking our cars here sometimes twice in a week. Sometimes they forget to add the extras we added on, sometimes they catch it depending on the tech working.

It's a great car wash. But the drying duration is a bit quick. Wish it was 10 sec longer. Otherwise its a great location to get your car clean quickly at

Went there for one up from base car wash. Have 4 different options. Dark color cars beware! They use the foam cleaners to brush the cars, it still traps the dirt and metal debris from other cars, my light color car also was affected by it on left rear side, could see the micro markings. Also, the dryer time and dryer speed is too low. Car was still dripping after the dryer. Good cheap option than other car washes. Didn't try the vacuum options so no idea.

Those big brushes don't clean well. Rinsing and drying are not good.
You'll left with some unwashed foams and lots of water drop marks on your classes

Best car wash EVER! We went in with an extremely dirty SUV and it came out sparkling, I mean every bit of dust and dirt gone, every ounce of soap washed away! And it only cost $8! We will definitely return.

I've been coming to this location for years and no matter how dirty my car is (like coming off the coquihalla in mid-winter) it always comes out clean! I usually get the silver wash and it always does the job and does it well!

Never had any issues before but this time giant brushes left bruises all over my black camry.they are super visible. Not sure if they go away with polish/wax

Does not a bad job but for cleaning rims not so good, usually I spray my room cleaner on before I go through which works great!

Used to have pleasant experience but not anymore.
Heavy scratches on top of my car (on roof) and on trunk after washing at this location.
I know my car and I have no intention to do allegation or wasting my time here.
So, dear management, please don’t say me your regular replies that the scratch was already present.

Absolutely worst car wash I have gone to I generally prefer that I got to touchless car washes for safety reasons. I seen that it was big and fancy so I thought it would have been maintained. This was not the case scratched the hell out of my paint and produced hundred upon hundreds of microchips

Way better than the speed wash in surrey. It doesn't leave scuff marks. ACTUALLY scrubs your tires and sponges and rinses them and the wheels. I go when we I'm in the area

The female attendant working here is seriously so rude and disrespectful! She needs some customer service training! I came here about 2 months ago and her attitude was horrible and today I decided to come back to give them another chance and she still had the same rude and disrespectful attitude. You have one of the best automatic car washes out there Shine Auto but customer service is very important as well! After 2 chances I will never be coming back.

A great convenient easy place to get your car washed. It starts at $8 for the basic wash which does a great job! And you could go up to $17 something like that for wax and tire shine which does an extraordinary job. I myself am fine with the $8 car wash.

A quick way to get a shine on your car. The longest wait time I've had is 15 minutes and it can get crowded on sunny days. The wash is open 24/7 so later in the day washes are very quick. It is advisable to bring something to dry the car with as the end of the wash is just blowers that blow the water droplets around. If your vehicle has a spoiler the wash will not cover that area for obvious reasons. Highly recommend the platinum wash as it has everything for one price.

It's good but can be much better if they spray more water at lil higher pressure. The idea is simple- more water at higher pressure tends to remove the dirt which is not visible on the surface of the car. I like this car wsh and use it often but it will be much better if they would add in like more 30 seconds of water spray at higher pressure towards the end after the soap has been applied. I like it but not completely satisfied. Some water for 30 seconds should work I think

Hands down the value for wash out there. I usually go with the basic and extra brushes (bronze). If it's really bad I go silver. Definitely worth it. Try it out.

I have been using this location (Gilley Ave) since the beginning & have been probably through the wash more then 100 times! I must say this is the best quality of car wash done without using hands. So far no scratches or lines on the paint. Even the rail seems to be good to not scratch the wheels. I recently purchased a Tesla 3 & have been through the wash multiple times. Contrary to what people say, it’s perfectly safe for a Tesla & no scratches to the paint. I would recommend this car wash for all Tesla owners. Keep up the good quality (I hope)

That was an awesome place, it was such a relief in the time of pandemic. As summer started our suv got dirty and we were looking for a place to get it clean and also we doesn’t want to contact anyone. So we decided to got there and trust me it was so convenient we did not contact anyone took our ticket got in the side and followed the written instructions. Then machine did all soap water belts sparkling clean then blow drier and we cane out with a shiny car. Unfortunately I was not able to click photos but next time I will surely do that.

The suction of the vacuums needs to be improved (possibly a maintenance issue?). Then I can update to 5

Decent and cheap car wash, don't expect your car to be perfectly clean, but you get what you pay for.

Best car wash. Reasonably priced and the ease of use. Yes, obviously doesn't get everything you would compared to a manual labored job but it does a pretty good job of cleaning your car without having to do work. Love how the vacuum center also has sections on each side of the vehicle for ease of use. Highly recommend, wish they brought this facility to the island as well. Make it nation wide!

Great place for an auto wash! The vaccums are 4mins and we got our SUV entirely done in one place!

Those who are trying to use Vacuum be aware.
They do not maintain their vacuum machine well so you end up wasting your token. The person who is at the car wash not going to help you out and the main staff from the warehouse only works till 6: 00pm

Somehow I feel this is a trio to my masseuse. I feel healthier and refreshed after getting my car all shiny with all the dirt washed off.

Pretty good ace 4 a quick wash. I get the 15 dollar wash for the tire shine but in and out pretty quick. Be warned, your car wont be 100 percent clean.more like 75 to 80. Also gotta watch and make sure they guide your car properly otherwise u could rub rim or tire. Dont ise this all the time, could scratch your paint so use only in winter time, not summer. Just do it yourself.

Spacious and kept clean. My only complaint is that there are no coin / token dispensers available after hours. So if you want to self-serve /vacuum your car when the storage facility office is closed, you should remember to bring loonies and toonies.

A high tech carwash that is close to being an amusement ride. A little high cost but id say its worth it. My car comes out spotless.

Update: Contacted the business by email. The below is its response.
"There would be nothing we could do as you have been out of our facility for 4 days and these marks could have been caused anywhere. "

Save yourself the headaches and just go to a touch-less car wash or a car detailing shop.

Brought my 2 year old car in for a regular wash. It is a regular sedan with no modifications. The car came out with scratches on my front bumper. How is this okay? Are people fine with getting scratches on their car after a wash? I should have believed the people on here with negative comments. Never again.

Shine Auto wash in barnaby look at the place is beautiful, I come here for my very first time after it wash my car I drove outside and look at my car scratch everywhere,

They have cranked the speed up on this auto wash and it no longer washes vehicles properly when you say its not right they dont care. When you pay extra for extra wash etc makes no difference. It doesn't dry the car properly as it's going to fast.

Great location for nearby residential to come and have a quick wash. Pretty quick and convenient if you are passing by as well. Give it a go!

Wow. All I can say is that this is literally the best automatic car wash I've ever been too. It litter got almost every inch of my Jeep Grand Cherokee clean and sparkling like new. A couple Dollars more expensive than regular car washes, but if you're looking for an extra shine for a date or something, you need to come here

Immaculate operation with a friendly and professional staff. Staff member even took the time to ensure my rear wiper was properly secured and protected during the wash.

If you need a quick wash and not a lot of traffic, this is a good place. Sometimes it takes a second wash to get all the gunk out though.

I only used the vacuum service but it was nice to have vacuum on both sides of the car! I was lucky to have my gf help or I would not have been able to finish in the allotted 4min you get for 3$

I have been visiting Vancouver location for 6 years and mostly happy. This afternoon, i visited Burnaby location and my car was so wet. I have some photos of my car aswell. Paid $18 and wiped down windshield and all glasses.

DO NOT GO! This is what shine wash does to a brand new car.don't need to go into depth, there were no help afterwards.
