Best modern car wash in town. A bit higher end pricing but ok with it considering all services included. Well prices went up again

I tried the most expensive wash. Front grill and back was not cleaned properly. Windows and rims still had dirt left. Tire wall application - poor.

The first time and last time, I don't think this company inspect their cleaning roller regularly. My hood is scratch, and my rear side door also.
Folks, if your car is silver, that may not be visible easily, but mine is black, and you can see it.

Did not get one bug off the front of my car and then after I told them that they said they don’t guarantee that. Might be something you want to tell your clients before they go in expecting you to get it off for them. Maybe you should talk to the car washes in Ontario they had no problem getting it off when I drove there.

Never failed me once with the washing but they need to maintain the vacuum cleaners. It pretty much sucks you money without working properly.usually no attendant on site to talk to on the vacuum end.

I used the vacuums only. Took me a bit to realize the reason the suction was so weak was because the hose was plugged. Guess customers need to check they don't try to suck up masks and baby wipes? Come on people! BTW once the hose was cleared the vacuum worked really well.

Quick car wash. Different washing options and prices. Sometimes the brushes don't clean the rear end of the car (hatchback) well.

It didn't clean my car 100 percent and I bought the extra selections. It was a fun experience. The vacuum can be stronger and maybe add some spray for the inside of the car.

I have been coming to shine auto Wash for quite some time and I have to say I always get great friendly service from the guys that are working, always helpful or able to answer questions, the vacuum system is amazing and strong, when you pay you don't just get one vacuum but you get a vacuum on each side so if you happen to have a friend with you both of you can both vacuum and get it done quicker.prices are reasonable and the wash is always really good. Highly recommended

It is very bad, and this will be the last time I have these pictures after washing my car and the dirt remained as it is and when he spoke with the worker there he said so why is not the car wash problem, it is the car model problem.

I stand corrected and educated about the NeoGlide system this car wash operates.

What is the reason for a car wash if you need to wash your box out first before going through. What about all the rock that could fall out of people wheel wells of there cars in the middle of the car wash could do the same as any Thing in a truck bed

The best carwash is city of Vancouver with reasonable prices. Their staff are very friendly and nice. Nick helped me to unload and reload my skis to be able tobuse their carwash!

Always a treat for the kids and a very efficient car wash. Vacuums are overpriced though and their timers are too short.

Generally very good. Two possible comments: I wish the vacuums were in the same location (instead of having to drive around) and I wish - like all similar places) that the vacuums could have one extra minute.

Just go with the basic wash. I swear they dont change anything when you get the more expensive options (except for the lava foam thing).

Pretty fancy looking with the flash lights and all the but 18$ for the top of the line drive threw wash the whole thing took 1 min and seemed super fast, like slow it down a bit maybe would have done a better job in my opinion inspection of my vehicle after and was a lot of missed dirt and dust that I’m sure would have washed away in not so rushed threw the brushes. 2 out of 5 star

Went to do a car wash on my car and OH BOY! Made major scratches specially on the front bumper.we went and complain and said "they have no idea and no clue what happen". So frustrating will not go back ever again.i will NOT RECOMMEND this car wash to anyone.

$8 machine soft cloth wash is very good. They have a vacuum area across the street. You will get out of there for $11 with a vaccum. If need extra cleaning supplies. They do not sell it here but Canadain Tires is two blocks away.

No waits usually, and car comes out mostly clean. License plate in my tow hook mount got bent because one of the rotating brushes caught the side. Would recommend removing first before going in. Also, love how they still have runner-up Miss Canada still providing video prompts. Hope she's still getting royalties after all these years. Lol

Prompt and courteous service, and even the machines explain things clearly. The wash itself is powerful yet gentle on your car. It's one of those places where you sit and the wash does everything. They couldn't guarantee (the sticker on the machine announced) removal of bird droppings, but it cleaned the smear off my car like a charm.
Overall prices are very good for the quality and the service.
Lineup can be long even in the middle of the day, but they're attentive and opened another lane to alleviate that.

When it first opened, everything worked amazingly and our car was well cleaned. Just went back to get my car washed because I hadn't gone in awhile. During the wash I realized the right side of my car was not getting brushed by the machines. Only soap and water was being sprayed onto but no actually "cleaning. " (It's the cleaners that spin super fast, not the one that looks like a giant mop.) I told one of the workers there, and they let us go through once more, and we watched once again and saw that it didn't cover the right side of our car once. Super annoyed because I expect to pay for something that'll work properly and I assume that's how others feel as well.

Unfortunately my car was still left dirty, lots of micro marring and rear tip of my trunk was scratched.

Despite knowing not to go into brush washes and supposdly "scratchless" brushes, it still happens.

Results were less than desirable on a low car and def left spider webbing.

Bad luck on my par? Maybe car before me was super dirty but def left some marring on the back of my car.

The facility is great and I love their self service area but I genuinely don't think I could ever recommend someone taking their (least new) car through a brush wash no matter how good.

I have a new Audi their machines ripped off my back wiper of my Audi and they are refusing to fix it I go there three times a week and I will never go there again there's also another lady that went through and have the side of her truck scratched and they also refuse to fix her truck the bag had nothing to do with the wiper the wiper and the metal frame of the wiper was ripped off from the truck it had nothing to do with a little piece of plastic bag that would absolutely do nothing they are liars

Love taking my car through here. Always comes out looking great even on the basic wash. Got a show the last time i was here and watched one woman who clearly had never been to an automatic car wash before continuously try to steer and hit her break when she was on the belt. Her car came off the track and the two attendants were flailing their arms and screaming at her to just put it in neutral and do nothing. That same trip, the woman in front of me got onto the belt, they flagged me forward and then she reversed into my car? !? ! My only beef with this car wash chain is whatever cleaning chemical they use always makes my windshield super streaky the next couple of times it rains when i put my wipers on.

I hate to write bad reviews, but I purchased the top tier package and additional add ons and found my 2018 f150 washed and rinsed worse than I have from a Shell gas station wash. I know by hand is the best which I do 75 percent of the time but because I have passed this one to and from work for 6 months or more I decided to give it a shot. Well truth is, if I was ever back for a wash I wouldn't pay for anything other than basic because the 26 dollars or so I spent for the premium package and add ons ended up not living up anywhere close to satisfactory. Truly disappointed.

Some guy kept pressing his brakes in car wash. My car is scratched all over. They are trying to wash their hands saying that their machine could scratch it they loaded the cars way too close like a foot and a half away at most. I hand wash my car Everytime except for yesterday and I really regret it. Please save your money and car by avoiding this place

Oh course they reply with nothing related to the scratches all over the side roof and trunk

Here we are a week later the General Manager Robin still hasn't gotten back to me. You legitimately can't even trust these people to wash your car

Terrible experience at Shine Auto Wash Coquitlam. Believe the bad reviews and complaints. This wash damages cars and the management here does not care and will not take any responsibilty. You run the risk of their equipment damaging your vehicle during the wash like many others. My vehicle had over $2000 in damages due to their car wash pulling me off the track by the front wheel and myself along with 3 other customers ended up trapped in the wash being pushed into one another by the automated track. Despite a 4 vehicle incident happening inside their automated wash (witnessed by staff) - Management takes zero responsibility and blames the customers who end up having to pay out of pocket for repairs / ICBC deductible to fix their vehicles. Although they have video of every angle both in and outside their wash when asked they will refuse to provide ICBC the video because they know its incriminating. If you fill out one of their “incident reports” in their office as directed dont expect anything to come of it or any kind of followup as promised by management.

Never anybody in line. Get your car nice and clean don't usually have to worry about missing spots. I also like that they folding your mirrors.it would be kind of nice as they unfold live on the other side. Looks like there's vacuums coming that will be a nice addition. Also the prices aren't that bad compared to other car washes with less.
