I had a fantastic stay at Shiraz Villa Hotel. The place is truly exceptional, with luxurious rooms and an incredible view. It's a serene and quiet location, perfect for a relaxing vacation in Osoyoos. A must-visit if you're in the area!

The prior commentator is right on; this place has huge potential, but it is missing a few elements.
Staff is super friendly and attentive and yes, you have to call them, but they come right away. Location is perfect for a quiet getaway.
The view is gorgeous and patio facing east over the lake means shade in the afternoon.
The large rooms, there are only 10, have the most basic amenities for a Holiday Inn (not meant as a burn) and are very clean.
But here here a few suggestion to knock it out of the park: Bring in a Nepresso or high end coffeemaker, larger TV, small radio / speaker system.
The open bathroom with huge walk-in shower and smallish 2 person bath makes this a couple suite. Enhance the rainshower with handheld shower.
This is a very quiet place and I will stay here again when in the area. Overall very satisfied with my choice to stay here.

The rooms are amazing and the view is fabulous. For a romantic getaway, I would highly recommend Shiraz Villa!

Huge room with a spectacular view of Osoyoos. One of the most beautiful hotels i’ve ever been to. It also has a private outdoor patio with an unobstructed view. The hotel room has many toiletries, q tips, cotton swabs, lotion and etc. Their service is quick and friendly. Definitely planning to come back again next year!

Was gifted a lovely one night getaway at Shiraz Villa and it wonderful.
Shiraz Villa is located slightly out of town (Osoyoos), or at least not in the centre of town or near a lot of the typical local attractions. The Villa is attached to a grape farm/winery and is relatively small - about 8-10 rooms. The view of the roof top, and rooms, look out onto what I am assuming in the Osoyoos lake and the surrounding town and is breath-taking both during the day and at night.
When we arrived, we had a bit of a hiccup in checking in. The check in office was empty but had a number on a landline phone for you to call for assistance. Unfortunately, the number was not working for us and it took us a bit of exploring to find someone to help us. Where were able to find someone in the house just off to the right of the Villa. I am assuming it is the owner's home. Once we found someone, we checked in easily and the Villa was kind enough to accommodate a later check out time for us.
Once we got settled, everything was smooth sailing. The room was large and a had a open area concept, including a large cut out that joins the restroom to the common area and sleeping area. There is a small curtain that divides the bathroom jet tub to the sitting area. The bathroom would quite spacey and included a large jet tub and a rain shower. The room also has a back door entrance which led to a small patio table that allowed us to sit and take in the view. This made a great spot for morning coffee and breakfast before our check out. While the Villa is "out of town", it is still only about a 5 minute drive to the town Tim Hortons or McDonalds.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Shiraz Villa and would definitely consider staying here again. My only recommendation for Shiraz Villa would be to reconsider the layout of the room - the room was large but the bed was quite close to the AC unit, which was a bit noisy while it was running - and to consider de-calcifying the shower and faucets. We should the shower to be a bit lacking in free flowing water and pressure.

Do not recommend too anyone wanting a villa experience or even a luxury experience. The room had bugs in it, including in our bedding (little beetles). The jacuzzi leaked and was a constant chore to refill. Also, there was multiple hornet nests on our outdoor area, making it unusable. As for customer service, the front desk gentleman was nowhere to be seen at any given time. We were going to stay 2 nights here, but after finding bugs in my bedding as I was getting into bed, it really put me off staying a second night.

I am really confused by this place. On the one hand it seems really high-end, but it behaves like a cheap motel. No amenities, no breakfast, and you call a number because the front desk isn’t staffed. The room itself appears luxurious but seems to have been designed by someone who doesn’t actually stay in hotels. The ability to take in the view from your jacuzzi bathtub is wonderful; the ability to take in the view from the toilet is less so. A little bit of privacy wouldn’t go amiss - perhaps some shutters instead of the flimsy blind so that sounds and smells don’t carry into the bedroom. And then there are the lovely little patios with hedges so you can’t see your neighbor, but they’re not aligned with your room so if next door are out on their patio they can see straight into your bedroom! And then there are those loud air con units right at the end of the bed that rattle and whine through the night. For the price we paid it’s time for an upgrade - perhaps a heat pump on the other side of the room. And a few additional towels and a clean coffee pot wouldn’t go amiss either - especially since there was nobody at the front desk to call. The place has huge potential. Please use it!

This place has beautiful views of the lake, private access to the suites, beautifully appointed rooms with double Jacuzzi tubs and just a few minutes from town. They even provide access to a common area with kitchen, barbecues and extra dishes. Highly recommended!

Our favorite place to get away to a quiet and relaxing stay. Luxury room with fabulous views in the middle of a vineyard. Service is exceptional and family owned adds a personal touch. Hot tub in the room so you can soak while overseeing the lake and mountains. Huge shower and bathroom with special amenities. Far away from but close enough to town. Only about 5 minutes from the town but yet secluded in this awesome place.

Beautiful uninterrupted views of Osoyoos, it was really breathtaking. We ran into the owners on our morning walk through the vineyard and they were so sweet, made us feel right at home. I wish they would bring back the continental brkfst they used to provide. But finding food was no issue at all in Osoyoos. The room decor is a little dated but great size and the jacuzzi was wonderful. Very serene and comfortable place to stay.

This luxury villas are the best. Very nice location, safe, quite and relaxing, perfect place to enjoy nature and relax (best for a couple). Comfy bed and jacuzzi would definitely help for long drive. Definitely coming back. 5 stars

Amazing customer service and large rooms with patio that leads out to a lake view and personal back yard for each room was the high light of our weekend.
