Rude staff and very rude to poorer people, poor costumers are followed around and as soon as you say something about it you could be kicked out of the store for being rude unruly ect.
Since new ownership took over all the nicer less confrontational staff have been let go and now militant type will accost you at each corner.

waiting for the day this place combusts into flames! Walking into a shoppers is the equivalent of being on front lines of a ww1 trench

I regularly fill prescriptions here and am always grateful for the friendly and professional service, especially considering the staff is working hard just to keep up with a rapidly growing neighbourhood population. I recently had to request medication history from an out-of-province Shoppers location, and a couple of the staff here worked diligently to secure it, even though it turned into a bit of a hassle for them. Thank you!

My problem been resolved (flaking, itchy and dandruff)

Even though this is an older shoppers on the edge of downtown. I've been there twice now and the service has been absolutely terrific. I wish I could remember the name of the long haired blonde woman I had help me that work the cosmetic counter. She was absolutely fantastic and helping me find what I needed to find. Very friendly and accommodating.

Shoppers Drugmart downtown store has the best pharmacy going on. Friendly and knowledgeable about my medication. They go above and beyond. Can’t say that from the other locations.

Its very small if you compare with other shopper drug marts however the service and location is very great.

Best shoppers drug Mart pharmacy in Kelowna and west Kelowna. Staff is awesome there. I would also like to say I live in Peachland and still use the Bernard location. Because of the staff.

Great place to shop as not as busy as the others. Awesome deals when you know where to look (clearout section). I commend the staff and managers on having to put up with the riff raff and the way they control it for the safety of us shoppers.

The asian pharmacist needs to go back to school or go back to China he's rude and unprofessional. Dont come here!
