Recommend taking your pharmacy needs elsewhere. Majority of the staff is rude and problematic.

Very poor service at this location! Bought $500.00 worth of gift cards. I asked the associate to ensure each receipt lines up with each gift card, I was told "can you see the line" "you can do this yourself". Try removing all the Kiosks and provide real customer service! I refuse to shop here anymore, my last 10 visits were all bad experiences and just done with the poor service!

Worst customer service in Pharmacy the guys was so rude girl with glasses was nice she tried to help but I need just suggestion for back pain relief they said 1 to 2 hours waiting to talk with main Pharmacist

Not able to understand how the pharmacy staff can treat customers so poorly and keep their jobs. They are rude, hostile, unhelpful, and just a nightmare to deal with. They have no humanity. I have emailed their boss about their conduct with no obvious improvement. Don’t go here if you can avoid the abuse.

Rude Pharmacists! We know they're busy but they don't have to be rude about it. Don't come here specially if you have urgent prescription needs, you'll just get even more stressed. No professionalism!

I trust her completely and I look for her help every time I go to Shoppers Drug mart. Shoppers drug Mart is valued because of this employee.

Mu husband went to the panorama location and commented that the pharmacist there or the assistant was very rude, and he felt very uncomfortable. I called back to ask for the instructions for the medication and she was rude to me too and hang up the phone. I am not going there anymore to het my prescriptions. I know they are busy but they should have better customer service and show empathy to others.

The customer service at this location (specifically the Pharmacy) is atrocious. Dealt with Joy and she seem was rude and ignorant.

Shoppers is a very nice store, but lately we haven't had the best experience. Yesterday my 13 year old daughter and her friends came here to buy something, and they saw Easter chick toys that reminded them of when they were little. So they started twisting the toy to make it work, and placed it on the floor so the small toy can move. A few minutes later, they see a lady who works at shoppers, who started folding her arms and staring at them quite angerly. A few seconds later, she comes up to them and says rudley, "This is not a playground. " My daughter and her friends say sorry in a polite way. And the staff goes " YOU SHOULD BE! " My daughter and her friends were stunned! Like she cannot say that. If we can't put the toy there then she should of said that in a nicer way. That was not at all nice! One of my daughter's friends soon started to find that lady so they can see her name tag and report her, but when they did, she didn't have one. So her friend reported her by talking to the cashier that was also apparently the manager. Can't believe this. Hopefully shoppers will talk to her. She is a lady that has some sort of black and dyed brown hair. But anyways, after that when my daughter was standing in the check out area, she was also starting at her in a very rude way like she did something wrong with gum in her mouth. Very rude lady?

Definitely need to pick up the phone once in a while. No pick up after 2 hours of calling.
So I go there thinking my script would be ready as it was given many hours ago. I go and they dont have it ready.

Seems like all the pharmacists/techs that work here hate their job. They are always rude and provide terrible service - they've misplaced my prescriptions multiple times and have probably done the same to others, which is inexcusable considering some people rely on these medications to actually stay alive. Conduct at the pharmacy is so terrible that I even heard one of their techs saying that they "sometimes want to kill people".

Such a rude attendent name Harb, so short tempered. I ask if oval drop is good for my 2 weeks old kid. Instead of suggestion, she starts shouting on me that I don’t have time for you. These short tempered people shouldn’t be there atleast at the health pharmacy’s where patients came. Feel so depressed with her bad behaviour.

I felt compelled to to leave a review as I witnessed wonderful customer service today at the front service counter. The lady at the cash was helping an older gentleman who was disabled with his purchase. She was patient and very kind.

The building hours and the giant sign on the building say open until midnight but they close at 10. Maybe fix your signage?

Great location with a lot of selection, friendly staff and with a lot of price friendly options. I did find that the atmosphere was not the greatest and there are some lower quality product but that is to be expected

Clean and excellent store. Staff is super friendly especially Elaine in Cosmetics. She is super friendly and goes above and beyond to help and guide you. By mistake I left my cosmetics in the store and I went 2 months later she still recognized me by face and asked a couple questions like card number when I told her my card number she gave me my same exact reciept and products. I highly recommend this store. Will be coming back for sure.

I always enjoy the 2 ladies at the front till area. Appreciate that they are engaging and can answer all my questions.

The pharmacy has been growing incompetent. Missed prescriptions, excuses of malfunctioning printers, no callbacks, etc. Unprofessional and inexcusable conduct mixed with poor quality of service.

Been shopping at this shoppers since 2011 they used to be good, now they got horrible rude staff.

Best shoppers drug mart! Very clean and is always full of stuff. The pharmacy team is super nice and the beauty section. I come here often for necessaries and prescriptions. There is always adequate parking as well which is nice compared to the Scott road location by 74th.

Don't go during December. Most of us are in the hustle and bustle of Christmas. ALL I WANTED WAS STAMPS. So I went to back & long delays with 5 people sending packages, so went to front to purchase a pack they have at till,
and NO CASHIER. I stood at desk, then saw the ONLY cashier helping some1 put their purchases through AT SELF SERVEWhat is the flipping point of having tills where the sole purpose is as it says TO SERVE YOURSELF, and leave the cashier to serve at the till. Well I was a cashier at Shoppers in the past & Safeway for 26 years, so I said "No Cashier" to which she replied " yes, I'm here" to which I said " I can see that, but you're helping a self serve till, so no cashierShe ignored 2 customers waiting for service and proceeded to still HELP AT A TILL WHERE CUSTOMER IS SUPPOSED TO SERVE THEMSELVESHow absurd and rudeThat East Indian female (Cashier) would be reprimanded immediately at Safeway

Worst experience. I went there with my friend and we were looking for some product that we were couldn't found.there is a old lady with bob cut works there and i ask her where the XYZ thing is. She was so rude and then followed us untill we left the store.also when we were at self checkout she was staring at us like we are some criminals. That was totally showing RACISM. I don't even want to give 1 star for their service but to leave a review i had to. RUDE and Unfriendly Staff.their staff needs some basic education

Answered my inquiries about my medication incorrectly and moved away while I was still speaking.

AVOID*** pharmacy employee named Irena is beyond disgusting to deal with if you are asking multiple questions she will hang up on you and is very dismissive when having a conversation during these tough times people in the medical industry should be here to help and make people feel better instead of being rude and arrogant i will never fulfill a prescription again here Irena please treat people with respect you dont understand what people are going through learn a tiny bit of manners please!

I don't complain easily. But my last 3 visits to this pharmacy were very unpleasant. The staff are not friendly. I felt I was a bother. I then went to a pharmasave close by. Bent over backwards for me. Very friendly. I won't be back.

Really unorganized pharmacy.dropped a prescription off on Tuesday and the lady at the counter told me it wouldn't be ready until Saturday. Called again to ask about it on Wednesday because I really needed it and was told I could come in and get it the next day. When I came it took them 20 minutes to even find my medication and they just tossed it in some crumbled bag and when I took a closer look the box containing my medication was left ajar.

The time before that it once again took them forever to find my prescription as they seem to even struggle to keep peoples names organized.

Usually I wouldn't let one bad experience get to me but this pharmacy just continuously under performs. Especially when you are trying to get very important medication that you need you want to know that it is in good hands and this place just isn't it.

The post office manager doesn't understand what to do and made me go through extra hassle to prove to him that I still owned my own company, even though I gave him my registration for the company. After he refused I went to another post office and they finished the job in 5 mins.

All i can say is Avoid this Pharmacy at all costs. I'm shocked they haven't killed anyone yet. They missed a dose in my Blister pack and i had to go back and get that entire pack refilled. How on earth do you miss that? ! I will never come back here again.if you want a better pharmacy that is close in the Area go to Pharma city.

Terrible pharmacy! Avoid this place at any cost! Harprit is so terrible. She literally turned me around for my emergency medication, which was already ready. She told me they didn’t have the medication ready until 9 pm. She is so rude and unprofessional. Didn’t even apologize for lying to me. I had to show her my call history to have her look for my medication. Terrible staff. They can kill someone. People’s health is joke for them. If you don’t like what you do, go quit your job. Stop putting people in terrible situation. Health is the most important thing. Be little freaking empathetic bish!

The pharmacy gives terrible service. Given that we are paying extra compared to other pharmacies, you would think they would give better service but that's not the case. The box on my meds were tampered with so I asked for an exchange but they said no. Shoppers opened my box as a part of their "QA" process. Honestly, what are they checking? If there were issues, wouldn't the customers tell them?

On my most recent trip, they only gave me 1 month of my 3 month of meds then called me back the next day asking me to come in and pick them up. Don't they realize this is a pandemic? If the meds weren't ready, don't tell me they are. Plus the line up was 3-4 people deep.

The only thing good about this shoppers pharmacy is that they are close to my house but I am seriously considering a drive to South Surrey for better service.

Update: I went back for the rest of my prescription and the pharmacist wasn't wearing a mask! To recap, one prescription, two trips, 50% mask wearing. I'm removing a star for that.

I want to buy a perfume was listed for $19.99 but I went to do checkout it was on regular price & I asked cashier it’s listed for this price and she said someone put it by mistake there. But when I went back to check again it was almost 10-20 pieces of same perfumes was displayed. How come someone can put all items by mistake?
I asked girl in cosmetics department, first she didn’t listened me because she was busy on call gossiping with someone during shift in her own language & after she replied that they can’t give me & started picking the perfumes. She was so rude, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE ZERO.

All displayed perfumes in less prices just to attract customers and none of them are in sale all on regular price. Just to make customers fool.

Main reason I used to go to this location was for prescriptions. I quit going, less then accceptable service, technicians have no social skills and long wait times. Location is very under staffed for day to day needs.

Absoulty dreadful experience Id give a negative 5 starts if I could The most unprofessuonail, inappropriate staff Ive ever incountered This is my experience: I went there b4 work, right b4 post office opened (which I assumed was 9am) to send back a Amazon product Was a few minutes early so I figured I'd pick up a few things Had a handful of various items when I was approached by a female worker asking about a specific item I had picked up I showed her it was clealry in my left hand She then had the odosity to accuse me of stealing something She couldn't say what it was or where I had apparently put it but still felt the need to ask to search me I said sure if you are the mnger At which point I asked for the mnager She ignored my request and basically refused At this point a few other customers and staff members were starting to gather and it was incredibly embrassing, horrible inappropriate and completely unprofessuonail So I choose to leave what I was going to buy, go outside to my car to call the surrey RCMP I stood at my car right out front of the store for 15 minutes waiting for a mnger while I called and spoke to the police on the phone, I tried to take pictures of the wrkrs that were involved for evidence No manager ever came out, despite me requesting one. The RCMP officer over the telephone said there wasn't much he could do because I wasn't physically assaulted and my life wasn't threatened So life lesson learned is Never shop at that particular shoppers drug mart ever again and to educate and warn the public about the disgustingly inappropriate unprofessonailism that particular store conducts there bussiness I don't now if its just a bad store or in a bad area But to treat a paying professional customer with absolute disregard to the law and plain human decency and respect is beyond offensive And I'm a middle aged working professional and single parent so if it can happen to me it can happen to anyone Including your elderly parents and your young children Customers Beware! Everyone working in that store whom was involved or stood by and watched that absolute shameful act and attack to my moral character should seriously lose their jobs or be retrained in proper customer service, human interaction and most importantly the LAW! I spoke with a lawyer who suggested I call the store to try and gain access to any CCTV footage regarding these events to use as evidence in a defamation law suit against those involved and was hung up on not once but twice by a front line customer service representatives So the next and only step is to try and supena the footage and sue them in court Not sure if its worth the time and effort but these ppl truly need to be taught and properly informed on Canadian law and Customer Service. Shame on you morning staff of the Shoppers Drug Mrt located at Hwy 10 and 152 st If you don't have ppl skills you should NOT b working with the public Period!

I had the worst experience visiting Shoppers Drug Mart today. We purchased a Reversa product and paid at the Beauty Boutique counter. I asked the attending person MACK if she could give me any sample.she took one sample out and very rudly threw it on the counter. I am not sure if I should take it as being racial discrimination but for sure the girl who was attending us was very rude.

I just had a fantastic experience here. I called and got the automated voice saying my prescription would be ready in a few days so I spoke to the pharmacist and she said she would no problem have it ready within an hour! It’s perfect because I just realized I am out of meds! I wish I had of caught her name but super friendly gal! Thank you very much:)

Honestly one of the worst experiences I have had with a pharmacy. I had surgery on Monday and my surgeon sent in my prescription around 3 and by the time I got released and home it was nearly 7 and time for my dose of t3 for pain relief. My brother went in to pick up my prescription and the staff there said “no one checked the printer” like excuse me? In nearly 4 hours no one checked to see if there was incoming prescriptions? My brother confirmed there was no line up and patients there so how do you miss it? I understand an hour or so but that’s a little inexcusable. They took 40 min to give my medication and I wouldn’t have written a bad review but today a couple days after this experience, again they did not make my medication. My doctor sent in a prescription for antibiotics around 10am and my brother went to pick it up around 7pm and they said it was “incubating”. Seems like an excuse for negligence. Based on the multiple reviews left for this pharmacy it doesn’t seem like service is a priority. This is not the case at all pharmacies, I will not be going through this location again. Unbelievable.

Horrible woman named Harp works in the pharmacy. I just called over the phone and I know exactly which woman it is because every time I come in to shoppers she is absolutely miserable. Over the phone she yells in your ear and in store she has absolutely no patience. This is obviously the wrong field for you to work in, HARP.

I was so happy as I finally got extended medical health and I went over to the pharmacy to have them add it to my chart so I could get my prescription filled and whoever it was that was working today at 7 pm refused to take my drug card because she was too busy, she asked me to come back another time. Due to COVID I’ve been avoiding going places for useless reasons but was asked to come into the pharmacy to do this. I told her I refuse to come back at another time (she asked I preferably come back in the mornings only). I’m sorry but I have a job as well in a medical office and I don’t have the time or inclination to come back in another morning.
Just got home and immediately called another pharmacy to switch over. Horrible horrible experience.

Edit: There was no one there waiting and I actually waited about 5-10 min while the two people there were just standing and chatting.

Worst pharmacy service in the area, very rude staff which are difficult to deal. In my opinion people are working overtime and doesn't have an aptitude for patient care.

I'm honestly shocked I've never been treated so horribly at a Shoppers Drug Mart before in my life. The people in the pharmacy are beyond unprofessional and extremely rude. I'm pretty sure they thought my prescription was fraudulent somehow or something because they said that the fax didn't look right, even though the doctor's office across the street faxed it twice. I ended up going and picking it up in person and dropping the paper off at the pharmacy, I thought nothing of it at the time but when I was walking away after dropping it off I heard the girl say to the pharmacist "oh I guess that prescription for (drug name) was legitimate" like excuse me? I don't know how you could fake a faxed prescription from a doctor's office. When I went back to pick it up I was standing patiently at the counter and the person behind the counter just walked up and barked at me "what do you need" I just said that I was there to pick up a prescription and my name he turned behind him grabbed it and tossed it onto the counter, and barked out the total. Like wow. I get it times are stressful but there was absolutely no reason to treat me like that, I did nothing wrong.

Pharmacy is not the best. Pharmacists seem stressed, never smiling, wearing lab coats that look like they've not been laundered in months. Flu shot system was amateurish at best with a clipboard of hand-written names, forgot to call to remind me and I missed it, no second chance (I know, partially my fault), did not get re-supplied with shots when ran out in Nov. So today I finally went to the Cedar Hills Shoppers Drug Mart for my flu shot, and no problem.

My go-to neighborhood store for everything from milk, icecream and prescriptions. The staff is very helpful and cooperative. Thanks Shopper's for being awesome.

Called to see if they had an item in stock. Took 5 minutes to talk to someone. That person left me on hold for another 20 minutes and hung up. Never got an answer and wasted 25 minutes of my life. Terrible service.

I've had good and bad experiences, I normally get my perceptions here the pharmacy has been very nice to me, the times I've had a bad experience was the front cashier had an attitude

Called pharmacy for information, woman who answered was rude and very condescending rather than professionally answering my questions.

Have yet to experience anything like this at any of the other shoppers pharmacy locations, thankfully.

Okay here is my experience.

My family is lucky to have an extended health plan that covers our prescriptions 100%. We moved into this neighborhood and decided to transfer our prescriptions to this Shoppers.

We went from paying nothing at the register of our old pharmacy to having to paying random fee amounts. When we asked how come we are paying these random fees, we were advised that these are amounts not covered by our extended health plan and we needed to call them.

So we did, and then something hit a fan. Our extended health provider advised us that we were not to pay anything and that they were going to send this pharmacy a letter and that we were to obtain a refund for the fees we had paid.

The next day we received a phone call from the manager advising we had a refund for us. Hmmmm interesting we did not even need to call. The next time we went in we received the refund.

The very next time we called and asked to have a prescription filled they have been nothing but cold and rude. To the point they just hand over the bag and say here you go. When we phone they get our information and we get what do you want. Really? This is customer service.

It would appear that we have caught them doing something that they should not have and because they got in trouble they now want to take it out on us. Horrible do not go there!

! Do not go to the pharmacy here. Reading the reviews here I am not the first to have a bad experience. The pharmacy tech taking in my prescription was *incredibly* rude and unprofessional. (I think her name was Harjit?) I called customer service and explained my experience to the shoppers management team. I wouldn’t want anyone else to feel the way I did leaving the their pharmacy. And I wasn’t able to fill my prescriptions due to the tech’s unwillingness to assist and horrible attitude.

I went across the street and had both filled within 20 minutes- no hassle and no weird experience.

Staff is really nice except the Pharmacist with glasses. She is an older lady and is EXTREMELY rude. Did not answer my questions properly about my medication and walked away while I was still talking.

Worst pharmacy in the lower mainland, the other reviews have it bang on, the girl with the dyed hair (not the one with glasses), has to be the most miserable person I have ever met. I would expect a pharmacist to be informative, caring and respectful, none of these attributes are on display here. I have observed this on many occasions so its not just a one off, I think its time for some of them to reconsider their career paths.

Pharmacy staff is extremely lazy. They refuse to check stock on items and just say they sold everything already.

The pharmacist female staff actually was very rude. She was behaving as if i was taking a favour from her. They dont know that 1 simple smile can make the day better for them selve n for the clients too. Will prefer not to visit this store again n will not Recommend to any one to visit this pathetic pharmacy ever
